History

Established in 1998.

In mid-​2015, Potler CPA Services, PLLC acquired Simple Solutions Consulting and Bookkeeping Solutions Houston, allowing founder Deborah Hroch to begin her transition to retirement. Deborah plans to continue as both a QuickBooks consultant and seminar instructor at Potler CPA Services, PLLC for the foreseeable future. Deborah Hroch formed her company in 1998 and grew her NW Houston business over the next 17 years into a successful leading bookkeeping and consulting firm.

Business Owner

Jonathan Potler, President of Potler CPA Services, PLLC, has more than 10 years of experience as a licensed CPA. Potler CPA Services acquired Simple Solutions Consulting and Bookkeeping Solutions Houston after the retirement of founder Deborah Hroch in mid-​2015.

Jonathan has spent over 10 years in a variety of industries, including public accounting, manufacturing and Oil & Gas. His understanding of complex accounting transactions and financial statements, as well as his passion for numbers and supporting small businesses, led to his desire to work on income tax returns and bookkeeping.
