We specialize in giving one on one attention. We will meet you where you are and implement changes according to your lifestyle, your body type and the goals you are pursuing.

Our Certified Fitness Instructors go through an intensive 16 week program with experienced fitness experts who teach them how to incorporate different methods of strength training with free weights, pilates (mat and reformer), machines, stability ball, stretching, flexibility and balancing techniques as well as circuit training to be sure your body does not hit a plateau.

Follow up consultations are the key to your progress. This helps us to help you in making sure that you are satisfied with your results, as well as plan and implement the next phase of your health and fitness program.

Life has different seasons of health and fitness. We have the experience, knowledge, and motivation to walk with you and support you through each season of change.

Simply Pure Fitness has been in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years. We have been able to watch it change and grow from different sides of the spectrum.

Through Dawn Hall’s education and experience from being a client, a gym member, fitness contestant, gym owner, and marketing expert we have created a concept for women that is easy to understand and follow through with.

We believe that customer service and satisfaction are number for continued results. Therefore we pay careful attention to follow up consultations to be sure that each woman’s needs are being met according to their expectations from the time they began their journey with us.

I have been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years and I am pleased to remain a part of the ever changing and growing methods that are available for women.

It is my passion to help each woman find what will work best for them according to the season of life they are traveling through. There are so many avenues to choose from and it can be confusing as to what type of exercise is best or which diet will help to loose weight effectively and safely.

I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with many women to view fitness from different perspectives and developing a program that incorporates a variety of simple, pure and effective methods to acheive health, weight loss and fitness.

I am proud to be a part of a faithful team who is also committed to dedicating their time as well as remaining devoted to providing women with long term service for a lifetime of results.
