Brought computer to get repaired at the beginning of August and was informed that my computer part would have to be ordered from overseas and that it would take several weeks. Called last week to follow up on my computer and was told the part should be delivered no later than the next day. Followed up today since I didn’t hear from the technician and was told that my computer was not even worked on! No part ordered; no nothing. During the follow ups, I was mistaken for another customer, which shouldn’t have even been the case if there was more organization and verification processes. Very disappointed because I try my best to support small, local businesses. Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere.
