My laptop decided to stop working the day I needed it the most. My laptop was slow as molasses; any program I wanted to open took years and any document I wanted to open never did. Mind you this is a laptop with good specifications for performance. With all of the free cloud backups available to me I did not think to backup any of my data. Thankfully, Slate I. T was there to save my day and possibly the next couple of months. I decided to give them a call and they priced matched any offer other companies made me. I decided to drop off my laptop at their office and from there I knew everything was going to be okay. The techs knew exactly what was wrong in a couple of minutes (failing hard-​drive) and gave me a turn around time of about two days. The very next day, I gleefully answered their phone call; telling me my laptop was ready to be picked up and my data was all intact. Best part of all, it was all under 200 dollars! They also recommended programs that would safe guard me from these types of issues. Thank you guys. I definitely will be spreading the word.
