Smoothie Factory

Great customer service and speed! I stop by this location nearly every morning on my way to work and they are very quick and friendly. One of the owners Helen, suggested one morning that I call in my order so that they could have it ready when arrive. That has been awesome for me, as most mornings I am rushing to get to work through I-​10 traffic! I love this Smoothie Factory but more importantly I love the excellent customer service!

Great place I’ve been getting my smoothies here for a long time. Great owners very nice, place is always clean service is quick and great. My favorite smoothie place of ALL TIMES.

The app says they open at 6:30 but they open at 7:00am. Please correct the app to show the correct time as I drove all the way over and they aren’t open. Traffic is horrible already and I’ve set myself back and I can’t get my smoothie.

This is the first and last time I will support this small business.
I walked into this establishment for the first time for a to-​go smoothie along with a to-​go sub from Firehouse subs in the same complex that I just purchased.
The owner did not greet me as I entered the store, I greeted him. He stood there staring at me for awhile (like he was just burning to say something) while I made my decision on what I wanted to order.
A worker came from the back of the store and greeted me and the owner told the worker, «he will handle this and go back to what he was doing.»
After I placed my order, he asked me if this was my first time visiting (yes), offered me a rewards card and coldly mentioned that, «he requests outside food and drink not be brought into the business and that eating outside food is definitely prohibited.» I stated that, «I did not have plans on eating there as I just walked over from the sub store to pick up a smoothie.»
I have not seen this policy posted on many businesses, especially a smoothie shop, about not bringing outside food or drink, but understand as business owners they have the right to enforce any policies they deem necessary.
With so much competition in the area, the way this situation was handled/​enforced by the owner in my opinion was «simply bad for business.»
Well, next time I am in the area I will enforce my customer right to not support this business.

I’m so sad I don’t live in Katy anymore because I now cannot go to Smoothie Factory. I’ve never actually bought a smoothie from Smoothie King, but from what I hear, they use powder and a lot of syrup. Pretty sure that isn’t healthy. Well, at Smoothie Factory, you’re going to get actual fruit in your smoothie. Crazy concept, right?
Yes, you are going to pay a little bit more, but the quality is just unbelievable. I have tried a few different smoothies, but my favorite was always the Factory Original. It has strawberries, banana, pineapple, mango, peaches, papaya, honey, and turbinado. If you watch them make your smoothie, you can actually see them add the real fruit (ohh! ahh!). I’ve also tried the Peanut Butter Power House which is yummy too.
I had friends that worked at this specific location and I can tell you they LOVED the owners. I’ve met them a few times as well and they are always so nice. Workers were always great and I just like a good smoothie every once in awhile. Oh, they also have a punch card you can use each time you come and eventually, depending on which size you want, you can work up to a free smoothie! Sweet!

The owners are great people very very friendly. I tried over 8 different smoothies there all very tasty. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I love their green tea smoothie! They also have a great deletion of protein bars, energy beans, energy and protein drinks and whey/​protein powder

Yummy, makes you feel like you are having a healthy dessert. I’d go back

Coming here, I felt a bit weird since I am a die hard Smoothie King fan, but the staff here at Smoothie Factory made me feel at ease.
I had a few friends meeting up at Firehouse Subs and since it isn’t diet friendly, I decided to walk to Smoothie Factory. For some reason there was some fast and furious event going on outside so it was a little annoying going through the groups of people.
When I entered, I was looking for nutritional information but nothing was found, but the staff was kind enough to give me a paper with all their information.
I placed the order and the owners (I think) offered some conversation and got my smoothie and was on my way.

Very clean and nicely stocked with vitamins and health products. There is a huge variety of protein bars and powders. We get the Raspberry Dream and the Very Berry smoothies. The owners are usually there and are very friendly and nice.
This shop has become a routine part of our week– very healthy and good.
