We where not happy with this company as my husband got tested and we waited 3 weeks for results although they advertise 3 business days. Anyway after 5 phone calls on 5 different days they lost our blood work and my husband had to go back and have his blood taken, this would not be a problem for somebody like me but my husband is needle phobic and faints each time he gets his blood taken so it was very inconvenient for us. After the second blood test a lady calls me from FPK(STD check) and says that my husband has to call them back, I asked what was wrong and she said she can not talk to me she has to talk to my husband. So now I’m freaking out as I thought that there is something wrong with my husbands blood and that he is sick. So he calls her back and it was just a problem with the paperwork all of the sudden they found the blood work and where confused. Seriously could she not tell me on the phone that it is just a paper work issue? I understand that things are confidential but there was no need to freak me out like that I almost crashed my car when she called me. So after the second blood work we waited again 10 days before we called in and had to ask for our results, they do not send you anything they don’t call you, nothing, I really think we should of gotten our money back. Never again. GOSOMEWHEREELSESAVEYOURSELFTHEHEADACHE.

STD Check is NOTCONFIDENTIAL. My doctor was able to get my results and called me today. I will request a refund from them. I WOULDNOTUSETHISPLACE. THEYDOREPORTYOURRESULTANDTHEYCLAIMTO100% CONFIDENTIAL. If they were 100% confidential how was my doctor able to get my result. I would give them less than zero stars.

This was the first time I was tested and was a bit unsure what to expect. Everything was as promised, and I’m pleased the the ease and efficiency with which they operate. The nurse was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I got my results back in 2 days. I will be using this service again in the future.

I accepted sponsored content from this company on my professional blog earlier this week. After having the content on my site for nearly a week(and receiving a good number of pageviews), the company issued a chargeback on payment for that content. Their reason? They said(in their chargeback) I did not deliver services as promised. The services I apparently promised(I didn’t) were to remove/exclude ‘nofollow’ tags on all of their outgoing links — a huge no-no for those who are familiar with Google SEO as it relates to native advertising. Initially they offered to pay me more money to remove the nofollow tags from their content(knowing full well that removing those tags could cost me both pagerank and search position on several search engines). That didn’t work(obviously). Then they emailed me saying I was«devaluing» their content by adding nofollow tags to their links(links, by the way, that went to the product they’re selling). The content was about as detailed and interesting(maybe less so) than what you would read on Wikipedia. It basically said you don’t have to be gay to contract HIV. As of the writing of this review I’ve had to devote several hours to assembling documents to send to my payment provider to prove I provided the exact services I promised both in communications and on my invoice to this company. I billed them for this time(as I do not work for free) and(I’m quoting here), the company representative said, «…and your demands for financial compensation above what is relevant to the product dispute, it feels like you are the one attempting extortion.» Being paid for the time required to force them to pay me for the services I provided is now extortion. And I didn’t even bill them at my normal consultant rate either! Beware when doing business with these people — they’re shady. They have poor business ethics as it relates to advertising, and outright lied on a chargeback to attempt to obtain a week of free advertising out of my publication.
