Affectionately referred to as the «coffin café» because of its location, Super Sandwich has been saving hungry journalists at KHOU for years. Their food is fresh, cheap and tasty. You can’t beat their egg croissants. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, and you’ll become a regular in no time. It doesn’t hurt that they’ll run an order over to me at the back door. They obviously know my ankle monitoring bracelet doesn’t let me off the grounds till my shift is over. Without them, I’d starve.
