I love Swatches, they are so whimsical and fun for every day wear. I stopped at the Swatch shop at the Galleria, for the first time, to get my battery replaced (it’s free!). I was very impressed with the customer service, and with the enthusiasm the sales team showed for the product. I ended up buying a Swatch on the spot, because of the great service. I’ll definitely pop into this store more often!

I went to replace the batteries of my two Swatches. They did a great job. Abel was informative, helpful and great to deal with. I ended up buying a set of «Nostalgia Series» Pop-​Swatches :) They usually have the latest models, I just wish they carried more of the jewelry line as well like the airport shop.
Oh, forgot to mention. Park in the Red Garage to get to Swatch the quickest.

This is actually my 2nd time at this swatch location and i’d say its always a breeze to go here. Awesome customer service no pressure in buying and it looks like they know their watches. You got a question on the watch? They know the answer!
If ever you come by you might take a little time since they have a lot of selection on swatch watches!!!
I will definitely come back again!

Ah yes, the old adage of (yet currently rare) customer service. The good news is that you will find it here, in this tiny, well-​lit little shop in the southernmost portion of the Galleria. A Swatch Irony I purchased last year had breakage in one of the links in the wristband. Unfortunately, these particular wristbands are expensive to replace. But no sooner had I entered the shop and explained the problem, then it was fixed and I was on my way again. And THAT with several people browsing the store. He could’ve just ignored me until he made a sale — but he didn’t.
Kudos to a salesguy that understands serving an existing customer efficiently will guarantee future business. I am on my dozenth or so Swatch and it will not be my last.
