Marriage, Family, Individual counseling for relationship and emotional problems, ages 10 and up. Although many of my clients prefer to include a Christian perspective to help solve their problems, this is not required. I have always been happy to work with clients of any denomination or no religious affiliation at all.

Counseling is provided for a broad range of issues, including depression, anxiety, parenting and family problems, caregiver issues, grief, and life-​stage adjustments.

I love doing premarital counseling, and believe that this is a critical step in establishing a healthy marriage. I am an approved provider for the Twogether in Texas premarital education program, which provides benefits and discounts to those planning to get married in the state of Texas.

Tammy Zwarst, MA, LPC, LMFT, BCPCC, received her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in Psychology in 1990 from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a Master of Arts in Family Therapy from University of Houston-​Clear Lake in 1995. She is fully licensed by the State of Texas as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She is also certified by the Board of Christian Professional and Pastoral Counselors as a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor (BCPCC). Tammy is honored to serve as the Houston Chapter President of the Christian Counselors of Texas.
