I just bought a couple of jet skis for my husband’s birthday at this dealership and received the best possible service. Daniel, how our sales person was absolutely amazing and so was the GM, who is also named «Dan.» They have a huge inventory of motorbikes, jet skis, and more. I highly recommend this place!

Bought a 08 Yamaha R6 From here (Cody) great if not the most down to earth salesmen I ever met. Loved the bike had it for 3 weeks had some issues the Service department pretty much helped me clear up every issue possible. Most service department would of just screws you out of your Cash due to the fact that I bough a used bike. Being a service member people sometime take advantage of Soldiers but Tim & Terry in the Service department provided great customer service and made me comfortable enough to comeback for all repairs and services at this location they got my bike back to standard I would recommend these guys to anyone for repairs and services.

Bought several bikes from these guys over the last few years and they have never disappointed. Mike and Carlos has always been very helpful when buying and the service team is probably one of the most knowledgable in Houston. Tim in service is always a pleasure to deal with. These guys have my business for life!

Waited. And waited. And waited. And went to lunch… Came back when they told me and my bike still wasn’t ready. Waited another 30 minutes. Spent more than 4 ½ hours waiting for my bike. How long does it take to prep a bike that is on the show room floor?
Next time I’m going to Stubbs. They have better customer service and better attitudes toward customers. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had buying a motorcycle.

Don. t seem to be interested in service after the sale! Just sayin!

Bought the pretty, pretty blue Yamaha VStar 250 from Blake Cypert at Team Mancuso on SW Freeway this weekend! Perfect beginner bike, low price, no hassle but attentive sales. What more can you ask for?
Ok — yes, I’m female. And no, I don’t know much about bikes. But I’ve wanted one for about 5 years now, done some research and finally decided to bite the bullet.
Blake greeted me soon after I walked into the store and patiently answered all my questions in a clear but but not condescending way. He didn’t try to upsell me to get me on a bigger or more expensive bike (although he did say that I might be wanting to upgrade within a year or so — but other people told me that as well and I knew I wanted to start with this model). He matched the lower price quote I had and made sure I had all the necessary protective gear. Plus you gotta love a guy who has pictures of himself on his sport bike and a scooter.
Saturday night he delivered my bike himself after he got off work because I just couldn’t wait for delivery. Totally above and beyond excellent customer service.
Also, if you can I’d recommend shopping on a weekday as the weekend was much busier. On the other hand, hanging out on Saturday for the financing paperwork wasn’t that bad as the customers and workers are really friendly and totally enjoy talking about bikes.

Had a great experience purchasing my Ducati Multistrada with the assistance of Daniel Portanova. I wholeheartedly recommend dealing with him! Very professional, very transparent, goes the extra mile and then some for the customer, and makes a great deal happen on top of that.
Was able to negotiate the deal via email, showed up at the dealership, and Daniel handled my two trades, all the paperwork and a thorough review of the new bike like a first class professional. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. A++

Stopped in to look at bikes. Mike Pungitore greeted us shortly after we walked in and showed us around. I haven’t ridden seriously for a very long time and Mike was great at answering questions and showing us different bikes. We spent a fair bit of time with him and then left. We went back a few days later to look some more and Mike was again there and again great at answering my questions. While there, decided to go ahead and purchase a new Ducati. While everyone we interacted with was great, Mike was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I can honestly say that it was our interaction with Mike that convinced us to purchase from Team Mancuso and not a dealer in my home state.

I never write reviews, but I just had a great experience at this place. Welcoming, accommodating staff! Awesome showroom

Been here twice now. No one asks if I have any questions or if I need any help. No one seems to be available for anything. I’m really not sure how to conduct a business transaction here.

These guys are the worst. Dishonest with hidden fees and not willing to help at all. I would never go here if I were you. They don’t care at all about the customer.

My experience with Mancuso has been a mixed bag but never good or great. The first time I took my bike in for service (brake pads) they were quick and did a good job but failed to reconnect my lights correctly so I had to turn back and wait for them to get the problem solved.
My most recent trip has been nothing but misery. My bike wasn’t running so I had it towed to the shop and asked them to diagnose the problem, give me an estimate and work on it from there.
They figured out (or they thought they did) what the problem was and started working on the bike. I got a call about a week later saying the bike was ready so I headed down there on a Saturday afternoon. Once I got there I waited around for an hour only to be Told that the bike wouldn’t start and I would have to wait until at least the next Wednesday to pick up the bike.
After more parts being ordered, more money and more delays I picked up the bike on a Friday afternoon and immediately had problems. They told me one of my turn signals was burned out, there was nothing wrong with it, I had to reconnect the turn signals myself because apparently they missed that, and now my front end wobbles at speed, now I’ll have to wait another three days because they’re closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s and the bike is extremely hazardous to ride.
Everyone in the shop is always courteous and professional but I’m pretty sure the techs either don’t know what they’re are doing or care more about getting work done quickly instead of correctly.

I bought a new Ducati 1199 Panigale a couple months ago, I dealt with Daniel Ramirez, He was very professional during the sale and very helpful even after. I got the tire warranty and my tire had a nail half a month after getting it, the process for the replacement was effortless. After breaking in the bike, the service team was good too.

I’m 22 years old and I bought my first motorcycle from TMSW. It was a used Kawasaki Vulcan 500 with 9000 miles. During the time I was making my purchase they were trying a payment program on used motorbikes. This meant that I was able to pay of the cost of the bike 4,500 over the course of a few months. It took me longer than expected to pay off the bike after I made an initial deposit of 1100 in February, I had a vehicle accident and other expenses which forced my hand to get a second job at ups to accelerate my income. The Mancuso Team was patient, and cooperative through my journey and the Ducati Salesman Sergio was easy to communicate with. The price of the bike may have been high but overall my experience was good. I’ve returned to the shop for service & parts and always found help and a knowledgeable employee to assist me. Thank you Mancuso, I plan to ride bikes the rest of my life and if God is willing I will do business with TMSW a majority of the time. Beautiful Showroom. Exceptional Sales Team.

My husband and i came to check out the triumph that my husband wants. They have a big variety of selections with great prices.
The sales staff are not pushy they let you look around with out bothering you which is nice. We can’t stand pushy sales people.
I was impressed on how the inside is set up and how professional they treated us. You don’t need to have a motorcycle license to buy a motorcycle. Some places do require that so this place makes it easy for you which is great. We will be coming back to this place to get the triumph soon.

We worked with Kody who does the Kawasaki’s and and guy who works with the Triumphs. Both displayed excellent and attentive customer service. We were stuck between the Triumph Daytona and the Kawasaki ninja 636. Both beautiful machines but we ended up deciding on the Ninja. Kody and his associates helped us tremendously through all the questions we had between my husband and I. They answered everything and gave us such great options and advice of modifications. I feel they gave us a great deal
We had previous purchased a ninja 300 at another dealership and Mancusos customer service blew the other dealership out of the water with professionalism and friendliness.
We also brought our two year old with us and an associate even brought her a big tub of markers and coloring sheets to keep her preoccupied. That extra attentiveness and detail really blew me away. Every employee there was on the ball in helping us in everything. They are now going to be our go to place for parts and maintenance. They did not seem rushed at all and available for any questions we had. They also gave us a cake for our purchase! Haha.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for their products. They had a ton of selections of great machines.
I am so happy with their customer sevice and my husband was grinning ear to ear when he left on his new ninja 636.

Went in to buy a bike but they increased the asking price by $ 2,000 and never ran my credit nor even asked any questions other than my name.

Couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with my experience and my bike. Daniel Portanova handled the sale of my new BMW K1600 GTL like a true professional. Very knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Daniel stayed late to close the deal and made the pick up very convenient and smooth. This guy deserves your business if you are in the market for a new or pre-​owned mororcycle.

I just purchased the 09 ZX10R from you guys and just wanted to comment on my experience. You guys are professional, patient, and great!!! Daniel is awesome and very knowledgeable. I left Mancuso with the confidence that I bought the right bike for the right price. Dean from parts is professional and highly knowledgeable. Service department is amazingly fast and great.

Worst Service I ever had. How do you possibly run a business that never calls you back ever !! Even about your bike that is in service. I just bought a 2013 Ducati Monster, paid cash and all they care about is sale. Once you walk out that door… that’s it. They don’t care about you one bit. I brought it in for its first check up and to add some accessories they acted like they were too busy.
I am ashamed that Mancuso even allows its name to be on the store front. They have a great Harley dealership.
Do yourself a favor. Find a different dealer.

Today I bought my first Harley at team mancuso.
Did a trade with my old bike for a soft ail springer.

This is a beautiful store and showroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful if not always the most knowledgable. The selection of liquids, lubes, and cleaners is better next door at Cycle Gear.

Really torn on how to rate Mancuso Powersports, but I’ll try. I think that they are very knowledgable and definitely friendly. My shopping experience was generally pretty good. The sales guy I worked with was Mike P. and he couldn’t have done a better job presenting the bike and it’s features. Second time in I took a test ride and was basically sold on the Ducati Diavel. Then came the negotiation, at which point the experience instantly turned from ‘cool cycle shop’ to ‘big used car dealership’ and I was turned off. They showed me the deal sheet 3 different ways on three different offers which made me wonder what they were hiding each time Shopped around a bit and found better prices in Austin and Dallas but the logistics made those options less desirable. Finally I called Mike and asked him to work with his GM, and show me the detailed invoice on the best deal they can make. Sensing they were about to lose a sale they did what I asked (where they should have started) and I agreed to the deal and bought the bike. Delivery went ok however they didn’t install a license plate kit I’d purchased with the bike but agreed to do it when the plates came in.
Fast forward to today… the service experience. They don’t take appointments for Saturdays and had advised «First come first serve». I showed up right at opening. second customer in the door. I was advised it might take 2 – 3 hours, which seemed long but i agreed. As the morning went on, people came and went from service but my bike sat there in the service bay, clearly untouched. After a half dozen bikes left the service department i knew something was wrong. Finally I asked the Ducati mgr and later my sales guy what was going on. 4 hours later they’ve finally STARTED on the bike.
Im thinking that to these guys «First come first serve» also means «.after we’ve worked on friends’ bikes, taken lots of breaks, and when we get around to it». In fairness the tech may not have known the customer was waiting, but thats a stretch. i didn’t sense any customer focus or urgency at all.
Again, most of the folks at Mancuso seem like good people who love motorcycles want to earn your business. My sales guy Mike is awesome. If others there showed his level of attention to customers, the place would be fantastic.
My advice to potential customers is to know what you want, be clear and make them be clear on the invoice details, and always make service appointments. I want Mancuso to be successful and hope they read this and put more focus on the customer experience. Still, I may be taking my non-​warranty service business elsewhere if they don’t step it up.

These guys most definitely earned my business, no B.S. I can’t tell you how many people I met in just the first two days of going there and no I practically feel like I know everyone who works there now. They treat you like family and always gave it to me straight. It doesn’t get any more comfortable than this when buying a bike. Now as for the other dealerships around the area (one of which I will not mention), I cannot say the same. The «other» dealership couldn’t even remember my name, nonetheless remember what I originally asked for (three weeks and counting. .. still nothing).
In summary, these guys actually care about what you want. Money is definitely not what matters to them, but the relationships that they build with their customers. (shout out to Tony, Fabio, and Henry for all their help)
