Brian installed a system at my business 2.5 years ago and 2 months later, cameras started frying every couple of months. I begged the technicians to try to figure out what was causing the problem instead of just replacing cameras but had no luck. I also questioned why the battery backup never kicked in. Finally a technician took some time with the system & discovered that the network switches originally installed were incompatible with the cameras. Then Brian sent me a $ 1000 bill to change the incorrect switches that THEY installed & sent a text threating to turn it over to a collection agency the same day he sent the invoice! I DO NOT recommend Texas Surveillance!
