Called in because wrong sizes were sent out supposed customer service girl refused to give her name argued with me and said obsenities on phone. My husband was listening on speaker and she made comment about him as well. This was my first order. She claimed to be a mgr but was very unprofessional and clearly no mgmt skills. i asked to speak to the owner she said i could get it from website and hung up on me twice all together. Horrible customer service. I hope the owner of this company sees this review because they need to know how there business is being handled.

Buyer beware when ordering any of their shoes but especially their factory seconds. Both shoes were much wider than my prior pairs of Sanita clogs in the same size. Right shoe was significantly larger than the left. Staples on exterior of shoe were crooked. I did not expect a perfect pair of clogs, but I thought I could at least wear them.
I was disappointed by their level of customer service. I just spent $ 50 on a pair of shoes that I will donate. Just hope someone can wear them due to their odd sizing. Watch out for the final sale items since they do not show up as final sale on your receipt. Take a screen shot of what you ordered.
Went to a local store who ordered the same pair in the same size and they fit exactly how I expected them to be. Somethings are too good to be true.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this company is just that horrible. The prices may look good but don’t be fooled. Pay a little more to get quality and a company who cares! My mother purchased 4 pairs of shoes from them. Mind you NONE of them fit her. I told here I would return them except one pair said final sale, one other my sister kept. I got a call from Clogoutlet saying they received the return of two pair, but they were final sales. Mind you… NO WHERE on my receipt does it say FINAL SALE. NO WHERE! (for the two I returned) Then he had the nerve to tell me he was calling to collect payment for them to ship them back to me. WTF??? I told him hell no. So he said «I guess we’ll be keeping your money and the shoes». I will not let this rest!

This is hands-​down worst retailer I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of boots (more like slippers with a sole) and they didn’t fit my daughter so we had to return them. Even though I’m an Amazon Prime member, I had to pay for return shipping (more than half of what I paid for boots themselves). Secondly, they were returned in exact condition as received (including still having large tag affixed to one shoe); however, my refund was denied based upon «SHOES WORN» (as the subject line of the email I received from them stated so boldly). Almost as frustrating, this retailer claimed they tried to contact me several times and even left messages on my cell phone, which is a bold-​face lie. I never received a single call from them and when you contact them directly, they have an automated answering system that does not allow for human contact (or I will give them benefit of doubt and perhaps they were closed when I attempted to call them three times). Regardless, look at the other Unilocal posts and you will see I am not alone in my utter disregard and contempt for this «retailer».

I LOVE the clog outlet. When looking for a hard to find pair of sanita’s last summer I learned of the clog outlet. After searching everywhere and finding nothing I finally found my shoes as factory 2nds on
. I ordered them and they arrived in about two weeks and were perfect (literally, not sure why that pair was considered a 2^nd). I now am frequently on the website looking for other shoes that are hard to find elsewhere.

Stay away like everyone has said! The clog outlet is disorganized and assumes you are stupid and won’t try to find your stuff or your refund! Matt did not do my refund until I called three times! He had yet to put in my order either on shoes I want! I assume I won’t see those… No one who answers the phone follows through on what they say they will do… Isn’t worth the discount because no one deserves this aggravation!!!

Just got my new clogs. Super fast, I ordered them late last week and today is Monday. I love them! I have been a loyal Dansko customer for many years but I had tried on a pair of Sanitas my last trip to DSW. The shoes were super comfortable but $ 150. I decided to wait on them. I then came across the clog outlet. I found the same shoes for $ 60. I thought why not. I love them! Clog Outlet has a new loyal customer. I love wearing clogs on my 12 hour shifts as an RN. I’m on my feet all day. My feet never hurt. My back rarely hurts and most of my joints feel pretty good. Thank you Clog Outlet!

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not respect the customer. They send poor quality items. I ordered a pair of Sanita patent leather clogs and when they arrived, they were wrinkled in the toe box area. I returned them and was informed that they were not defective and that I was not entitled to my shipping costs refunded. The 4 pairs of patent leather Sanita’s currently in my closet give lie to the notion that «this much crinkling on patent leather is to be expected. Matthew in customer service was rude and dismissive. Raul was not interested in maintaining my status as a customer. Raul made repeated reference to some statement on the website that indicated patent leather was going to have wrinkles. I find no such statement on the page for the clogs I ordered. I won’t be ordering from them again. Ever. I recommend anyone reading this avoid them also.

Started out great — clogs shipped quickly, we as described but unfortunately did not fit. Requested the return UPS label — they said it would arrive from UPS in 20 minutes… it has been 3 days, multiple emails inquiring about the label and not a word from their customer service department. So, I am shipping the clogs back with tracking for a full refund. Good customer service is such a simple thing and when a business does not provide it — I am happy to shop where someone actually wants my business. I recommend you spent your money elsewhere.

Do not shop here. I ordered a pair of clogs online.
The very next day they sent me an email stating everything was
15 percent off. I contacted them and asked if they would honor
discounted price, they said NO? They told me I would have to send
the shoes back and reorder? Horrible business ethics. I will be sending
these shoes back as soon as they arrive. This is not a reputable establishment.
They have lost a sale and a customer for life.
Do not trust this company. Buyer beware.

I have had three experiences with this company. The first time was on 8÷15÷12 total price $ 64.95. No problems, clogs were great and fit appropriately. I did know that they ran small (as I ordered the same clogs as one of my co-​workers who let me try hers on). The second time I found a great deal on sanita clogs for $ 39.95 on 7÷14÷13. I placed my order and waited. One week went by and I had yet to hear any updates so I called customer service. After some investigation it was determined that the clogs were no longer in stock and my order was cancelled. I was disappointed but as my credit card was never charged I figured it was just bad timing. My latest purchase was made last week. I found great sanita clogs (total price $ 59.99). The very next day the 14% off v-​day code came out and I had this internal «ugh» moment. I called customer service, explained my situation, and after the customer service rep cleared it with her supervisor my credit card was refunded $ 6.99. Fast forward to today, 6 days after my purchase, and I have my new clogs in my hot little hands. They are patent leather and there is a tiny scuff on the top of the right shoe but nothing significant enough that I’m planning on haggling over. From the reading the prior reviews I have some suggestions for first time buyers. 1) consider ordering up at least 1 maybe 2 sizes. If I went by the size chart I should be getting a 37 but I do well with a 39 sanita clog (I wear a size 7 – 7.5). Also, clogs are meant to be a little loose. If you are getting technical you should be able to fit 2 fingers between your heel and the back of the shoe. 2) Always buy «first quality». The two sucessful purchases I made were for first quality and I was very happy with the purchases. Both shoes had retail price of $ 135 and I got it for a fraction of the price. You may save some additional money on getting the factory seconds or misprints, but why risk it when you can get a first quality item for just a little more? 3) Always search for discount codes before making purchases, usually there is something out there to make the shipping price ($ 9.99) a little less painful. Most of the negative reviews have to do with returns, which I have no experience with this campany.

according to the website it would only take 24hrs for return slip to be sent, i never got one. even if i even ordered a new pair of shoes. new pair of shoes came but no return slip together with the box. gez

I once gave this company a good review. I have to change that RIGHT NOW. I did have a pair of Sanita Clogs that at first seemed ok. I bought a few more pairs as well for myself and my gorgeous girlfriend. About ten pairs in all.
Though they claim they are Factory Seconds, in my opinion, they are much much worse than that. They are DEFECTIVE. The heels of the shoes have basically fallend off. The insole material on most shoes are riveted and hurt your feet… My girlfriend has had nothing but problems with the First Quality products as well… I through all the shoes out in the garbage. They were not worth giving them to charity. Many of the shoes caused you to pronate in a painful manner. Do not buy Sanita. Avoid this place like the plague. STAY AWAY!!!

I really like this company and the shoes. Their products are not made in China, and now days its very hard to find products from countries other then China. I have purchased about nine pairs of Sanitas and every pair is great. I’ve also had to do a return or two and have had NO issues. The people are very nice and the service is fast. It only takes about five days from order to delivery. I love clogs and wooden shoes and the styles are really great! I’ve also purchased several seconds and all have been very minor, such as a nick on the bottom/​sole of the shoe. I’m waiting now for my third order from the company and can’t wait! I don’t know why others have had problems, but I have not. The only issue for me was that the sizes run small and I have to order a size up. If you like wooden shoes, this is the best place, as the same shoes in a store would be three times as much.

Do NOT buy from this site. Horrible customer service. Original order, they shipped the wrong shoes. Returns are a nightmare. I am still trying to get my refund after a month. Do NOT buy from them.

When Clog Outlet says factory seconds they really mean it! I recently bought a pair of shoes from them and they were in horrid shape! When I tried to return them, thinking there must have been an error — they would not refund my return shipping. Horrid customer service — argumentative and unwilling to offer any customer service at all. Also the prices are not great. I recently found the same shoe I purchased at Clog outlet at TJ MAXX for half the price and they were not broken at all!

I placed two orders. There was a problem with both orders. I tried to exchange a pair from the first order, but heard nothing for over a month. I emailed for an update and was told my credit card was refunded. I called since I had received no refund and this was supposed to be an exchange. My exchange arrived in the wrong size. In the second order I was sent the completely wrong shoes. The other pair of shoes I received were two different colors. These people are complete morons of the highest order and the savings is not worth the aggravation of dealing with them. Never again!

I was very excited to order clogs from this site, super selection, amazing prices and easy to order. Then my clogs arrived… One was too small and one was too big, in the same size I have always worn in clogs. I told 3 of my co-​workers and acquaintances and all of them ordered multiple pairs of shoes as I did and all of them had the same experience. The down side is that I had to pay the shipping to return them and I also have to wait 7 – 10 business days to receive a refund. It makes me chuckle that my money is zapped in seconds and it takes weeks to receive a return. I appreciate outlets are not perfect, but these are unwearable. How embarrassing!!! Not only that my word was wrong, but also that I took a risk on a business that was not local!!!
