The Ground Up

If you want excellent customer service and helpful tips to finish your landscaping project, this is the place for you! I shopped at Garden Houston Center, Lowes, and Home Depot for plants to replace the shrubs, though the selection was nice because I didn’t know what I wanted and what was the correct choice I was not confident in what plants I should choose. I check out Ground Up and my experience was much better because as a landscape ‘newbie’ their hands on and informative approach helped me make a great and informed decision about my flower bed to survive TX heat as well as the what would look nice from a design perspective. Clint was extremely helpful he helped me pick out low maintenance plants and also helped me with the design for my new landscaping and it is AMAZING! Clint and Daniel came out and did the landscaping based on the design that we discussed and the results are PERFECTION!

I have only been there twice before. My experience has been absolutely positive. The two times I have been there I had been warmly greeted by the guys who work outside. They are very knowledgeable about plants and gave me advice on how to take charge of them. They don’t let you move a finger, which makes me feel special and valued. Honestly, I’m impressed with the direction this guy treated me very courteously. The cashier has been different those times but the level of enthusiasm is not the same at the time to pay, but the treatment of the guys outside make it upward. The plants are beautiful I got a purple ginger. GORGEOUS! I’m in love with my plant and this place.
