These guys are losers. These techs dont know wth they are doing! And they charged me over $ 500. They took complete advantage because im a female. I took my 2015 honda accord for hids on the whole car. 4 days later a light goes out. I take it in and the fixed it. 2 days later the back lights go out. I go back they fix it. Not even a week later fog lights are out!!! They are a freakin joke. I go back and complain each time. And each time they say oh it must be a bad batch of lights we keep getting. They are full of shit. I have not had lights longer then one week. I have to drive 45 minutes everytime they are out. These people are rip offs. They have also been reported to the better buisness bureau.

I can see (at night) again!
Great experience. Brought my car in with my original 15-​year-​old stock headlights that were go glazed over I couldn’t see 10 feet in front of me. They installed some aftermarket Projector headlights with Halos and an HID kit, and it totally revitalized the look of my car. Not to mention that with the HIDs, I can now drive (safely) at night again!
Bert, my installer, was extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, and performed an outstanding installation.
When I get ready to have my taillights & fog lights redone, I’m definitely coming here.

Great work and customer service. I had a HID KIT installed. Well the ballast went out and even though I live in a different state they took time to trouble shoot over the phone and they honored their warranty and sent me new parts!

My HID headlights went out and no one could repair them correctly. I drove around with high beams for weeks. I called The HID factory and the guy said they did not have any appointments, but I could come by and get a diagnostic done. I drove 35 minutes to get there and I’m glad I did.
The right side of my HID was completely shorted. He recommended to replace the system with LED technology to have less problems and I did. The new LED lights are bright, come on instantly and have a two year warranty.
I am very happy and pleased with the service and product I received. Since I did not have an appointment it took 2.5 hours, but worth the wait.
I’m so thankful that they came up on my Google maps under HID repair. I give this factory an A+. This place is top notch.
