Manager

C. Hollis has been in the medical imaging industry for over a decade. After noticing that the ultrasound experience was rushed and unceremonious at traditional doctor’s offices, she decided to open her own ultrasound center when families can come and experience the miracle of their new little one in a relaxed and specialized environment. C. hopes that you’ll make an appointment and create some cherished memories of your new little one with her and her staff today!

Had an amazing experience here this morning! Making an appointment was super easy and they even had a Saturday appointment available. The office was lovely and spacious enough for several guests. Our tech was amazing and so sweet throughout the whole process. My little one kept putting his hands up in front of his face but she was patient and gently nudged him so we could get good pictures and video. We came away with a wonderful experience and some beautiful keepsakes!

I just had my 4d ultrasound today at 35 wks… great experience in the office. The tech gave us plenty of time to get our babygirl in position. She offered some exercises, movements, etc to try and get a better shot. Very attentive and patient. We were happy with our photos and video.
I purchased the May special for only $ 89…seems they have a deal each month if you check the site.
Booking the appt was another story. I see they have another office in El Paso, TX, and I’m guessing they’re the ones who do the booking. After calling a couple times during office hours (the houston #), no answer, so I left a voicemail. The office called me back the next day, from an El Paso # to finish the booking. That took longer than expected, nonetheless it was finally booked. There’s a form on the website your dr. must sign and fax to them beforehand, so I had my dr’s office take care of this. The morning of my appt (appt time noon), I called at 9a when they’re supposed to open, to confirm they got my form, but no answer. I called about 3x from 9−10a, no answer. Finally I called the El Paso # to see if they had a different # for the Houston office, and no answer there! I was getting really frustrated by this point. About an hour ½ before my appt, someone finally called me back confirming they received my form.
Once you get in, great service, but the booking was a hassel for me.

This is my 3rd child and was super excited to meet the staff at Inside Story.
By far, their service and customer relations were AMAZING! I have never been to a friendlier and fun group of folks. The place was clean and nice. The ultrasound room was roomy for a good amount of folks and the mother laid in an actual bed with a huge Flatscreen TV on the wall. Décor was very pretty and I like the fact that it didn’t have a «hospital» feel. I was right on time for my appointment and there was no wait. I went in for a quick Gender check and that tech was a pro. Working in the medical field for several years now, I was highly impressed with her knowledge and «tricks of the trade» on getting to see the gender of the baby. Within 15 minutes, we were done because she took amazing pictures and was able to see gender within a couple minutes. I would definitely recommend anyone who is expecting to try out Inside Story as this is possibly the BEST ultrasound location I have visited within my three pregnancies.

We came here for our 3D/​4D ultrasound. The ultrasound experience itself was good — the tech was nice, explained what we were seeing and helped position the baby to get the best images. We were happy with the final images we got, which were quite a bit (black & white as well as color and a DVD set to music). The video portion was exactly 20 minutes, as advertised for our package.
HOWEVER…2 weeks after our ultrasound, I received a phone call and email from ViaCord trying to sell me their cord banking services. I called and asked how they got my phone number. The rep said that the Inside Story sent them my information because I indicated on some form that I wanted ViaCord to contact me for pricing information.
I am POSITIVE that I never agreed to be contacted by ViaCord, or any other 3rd party. Nowhere on the Inside Story’s intake form was there any mention of 3rd party services — it was a basic medical form. I am very, very careful about small print and making sure I don’t agree to anything that would lead to any kind of spam, whether via email, phone or mail.
I’m annoyed that the Inside Story would give my personal information to a random vendor without my knowledge or consent. They gave us a huge goody bag of Enfamil samples when we left… does this mean the Inside Story also gave our info to Enfamil?

This is my 3rd child and I have done the 3D/​4D ultrasound with each child. I got the groupon offer for this place and when I first got there I was worried that it would be some ghetto place since the ultrasound was so cheap. However, once you walk into the room where they do the ultrasound, it was so nice! They made it to look like a nursery with soothing music and dim lights and a comfy bed. The other 2 places that I did the ultrasounds (2 different 3D locations) were simply doctor offices. The sonographer was very nice and very knowledgable. My daughter was stubborn and keep having her legs by her face, therefore, the umbilical cord would cover her face many times. The sonographer was pretty patient and tried working with me on different methods to get her to move.
I had a very pleasant experience and if I had another baby (yikes!) I would def come back! My $ 59 groupon offer came with 4 colored pics, some black and whites, 2 DVDs, and even some free samples of formula! They have different packagess available.

So I was super excited to get find this on
! Unfortunately, when I called to book an appointment, I was unable to becuase she said I had to have a voucher number. But the voucher wasnt going to be process till Monday. She informed me that THERE WAS NO WAY AT ALL that she could book an appointment with out this voucher. I am not quite sure why. I even offered to put up my CC number until I could provide the voucher number, but yet she still informed me that that wouldnt work. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they were all out until monday. That there was NO ONE ELSE THAT COULD HELP ME on a friday afternoon at 2:30pm. I am not quite sure if she didnt want to help me, or if she just did not know how to. Whatever the case is. I would not go here if you had to pay regular price… Not bc of anything in particular, but its kinda makes you worry if they only one one receptionist and one person doing the ultra sound and no management.
