This places has zero work ethic. I contacted the Mariago Collective in February for a party, didn’t sign a contract but reserved date. Today I contacted venue via email to solidify previously agreed time and date. One of the founders, Ferdinand Andres, wrote the following:
Gabriela,
My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I was actually going to email you today. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to host your event. We were made an aggressive offer by someone to lease the entire building for an extended period of time. We couldn’t pass it up.
