I’ve been here for 11 months. I feel very safe, and the grounds are pretty. I dislike the online payment system (can’t pay before the 1st, auto debit function always debits lower than what I actually owe, etc.) — I would suggest they switch to a better online resident portal system. I really don’t have any major complaints… I’m transferring from a 1BR to a 2BR so clearly I like it enough to stick around! Office staff has rotated quite a bit during my time here, but everyone has always been nice and pleasant. Neighbors are quiet, no party animals or delinquents. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes, and this one is definately the quietest and the one where I feel most safe.

Ive been here 10 months, i can walk to work and the rent was in my range.
The staff is great, maintenance handles things quickly. My windows leak, causes the wood panel to buckle… but other than that its pretty good here. Too bad theres no valet trash service. Im not a fan of walking to the other side of the complex to dump my trash. Wish they would at least put a smaller one on this side. Another thing… the gym needs upgrading and thumbs down to not having acces to the bathroom after hours. Thankfully my apartment is close by, but after trucking back upstairs to potty it takes me out of the mood.

It’s an older apartment, but the space it amazing. I had a queen palm setup and the layout was perfect for keeping no wasted space. I also loved built in bookshelf and the garden tubes.
The only things I didn’t like were that I lived on the first floor so I had a lot of roaches and insects despite getting pest control and putting plenty of money in baits, boric acid, and pest solutions. Also, my windows leaked water, and had mold all over three of the windows. I am sure they have gutted the apartment and made it right at this point.
I would recommend living here as the floor plan is spacious for sure. The only other thing I would say is that the rent was a little higher than the other places in the area. I guess it keeps rift raf out though.

I’ve lived here for 3 months so far and I love my apt and the location… That being said more parking is needed. I’ve been trying to get a carport near my apt for a couple months now and nothing… I also see the same carports empty for awhile and I don’t think they are tracking that… Basically more parking needed.

Oh boy did we love living here.
Our floor plan was big and spacious… I never thought I’d ever be in love with any rental place.
Nothing ever really broke in our unit, the grounds were well kept and clean… the office staff was way too nice… a total transition from our other renting experiences.
The place is really pet friendly and reasonable with fees/​deposits for your fur babies. The leasing agent Nick would even come outside to bring our dogs treats when we took them to check the mail.
We just bought a house which finally eases my blues about missing this place. I sure was bitter when we moved out into a new apartment closer to my husband’s job… this complex was such a great place to live.

I don’t personally live here but one of my good friends does. Her apartment is very cute with an open layout and 2 huge closets in the master bedroom. The community is safe and pet friendly. If I worked in Clear Lake I would definently live in this complex.
