This place was my first choice originally because the director is great, the teachers are nice, and it is kept well organized. But I realized that their open door policy is literal. They should have higher security practices as almost all daycares do. I do not feel comfortable leaving my child somewhere that doesn’t take greater measures to keep them safe, no matter how safe the neighborhood is.

I absolutely love the Toddler House! This was the first daycare I visited that gave me «warm and fuzzies». The teachers truly love the children and teach them kindness and respect. My daughter is in the infant class. The first day that I picked up my baby, Miss Veronica, the director, said she couldn’t believe I didn’t call her at least once to check on my baby. I told her«I wouldn’t have left her with you if I didn’t trust you!» I completely trust them. Also, they do so much more than I have heard from other parents with regards to the«nitty gritty». If my baby messes her clothes, they put one of the spare outfits I give them on and WASH the dirty clothes. I just bring a box of frozen milk weekly and a weeks worth of empty bottle and liners and they make all the bottles, no problem. I’ve heard of most places requiring you to prepare all the bottles for the day. Also, in the infant room, they are required by law to have 2 teachers in the room of 10babies. Most times if I come during the day for early pickup, they have 3 teachers. Their prices and hours are better than all the other places I found — great for the working parents. I will shed tears when we move. I wish my baby could grow up here.

We have been sending our son there for about 3 years now. He’s now in their pre-k program. We LOVE it there. Everyone is so warm and they actually care about the child — in and out, head to toe. One thing that also stands out to me is the fact that there has been ZERO turnover since we have been there. That is very impressive. Veronica, the director, is amazing. She cares about every person who walk through her door. I consider her a friend. My son has learned writing, drawing, counting, etc, but in addition, he has learned that every single employee there loves and cares about him.

I’ve had my oldest here for three years and my youngest since she was eight weeks. It was hard leaving them at first, but I knew from my first child that my second one was in good hands. I have sent two co-workers and another friend here based on my recommendation and they have stayed. The employees really care about the children. I got great support as my daughter went through a biting phase, and they let me bring breast milk and cloth diapers. They also are responsible for potty training my oldest. They are professional, clean, and personable. I love that all the employees know both my children. This place works with you and was the best value I found as I was shopping around. I’m glad this place exists. My girls love it there.

I tour this center for a friend of mine for her 2 twins, I am not please on the standards on care and the amount they are asking for per week you can get more at Kids R Kids or Primrose. I recommend check Texas DPFS to see licensing visits !

My daughter has been enrolled here for about 3 months now and at first i was very pleased. but recently things have gone down. everytime i pick her up they ask me to wait cause they need to change her diaper. they’re excuse is that she just woke up. Then today i took her and they said they needed diapers so i told them i would come right back and bring them but she would not let me leave my daughter until i came back with the diapers. I called her mother and she said she had taken a whole box on monday. I have also had other problems with the lady in the front and have now taken my daughter out of their daycare.
