Stay very far away we moved from ga to attend universal technical institute we told the manager we didn’t want to climb stairs and she said no problem but on moving day we had to take a 2nd floor or we wouldn’t have any place to live.

When it comes to taking care of there tenants… they have no organization within the office ! Been trying to get maintenance to my apt to fix issues and apt personnel assured me they will send somebody over its been a week and still haven’t had anyone come solve the problem ! I won’t be recommending anybody to live here !

I love the apartments. Me and my fience have lived her for almost 2 years and we love it. No issues, No loud noise, Security makes sure that everything is ok in the aparments they walk around during the night as well as in the day time. Only issue is that someone keeps breaking the back gate, so its not turley a gated community because the gate does not close most of the time it works perfectly fine but sometimes it is broken. Matinace is somone times a little slow if its not something major but everything does get fixed. Nice place to live.
