Great customer service, they always make time for you and answer all my crazy questions and work with me when I have financial problems. The representatives are very professional, patient and you can tell they really enjoy speaking to their customers.

I’m in love with this office. The representatives I speak with are so nice and accomodating… it’s always a pleasant experience when I call in.
I can’t speak for price or claims/​settlements because I haven’t compared other insurance companies, but as far as customer service goes, it’s fantastic.
