STAY AWAY… Unprofessional, horrible customer service. Made an appointment, they’ve rescheduled three times and never showed up.

This company was chosen by my home warranty. My ac stopped working friday evening, called home warranty and scheduled an appointment with Three Brothers. Being it was the weekend
the next available appointment wasn’t until Tuesday .I personally called the company immediately and requested a sooner appointment if anyone were to cancel. The following day Three Brothers called and said they could see me on Sunday at 10:00 am. By 11:00 am on Sunday my wife was happy once again. They were professional, quick to diagnose the issue and repaired in 30 minutes. Very satisfied customer with overall service. Thanks

American Home Shield is a joke as is Three Brother’s Air Conditioning. In the heat of Texas, they tell you they will be out in 2 days to fix your AC.
I have used AC companies in the past (not under American Home Shield) that would come out within hours if the AC was out.
I spoke with one of the «brother’s» to find out why they could not come out sooner and to quote him… he told me to «f**k off». Very professional.
I would tell clients to stay as far away as possible from this company and if that is all American Home Shield has to offer… Do not buy the policy.
American Home Shield is not a great company if they use this business to represent them.

I wasn’t super satisfied with their service. Because they came in at the request of a policy we had… they were clearly focused on finding things we had done wrong rather than repairing our system. After telling us our A/​C was simply overheated because we didn’t clean our vents often enough we had another company come who quickly identified that the fan motor wasn’t even running (how did they miss that). The company that we had a policy with called back 3 Brother who then replaced the fan motor. It was kind of a mess and I definitely didn’t feel like they were on my side so to speak…
