In today’s fast-​paced, health-​conscious world, Tossed has set out to provide a convenient, high-​quality alternative to fast food. We focus on providing our customers with a variety of freshly prepared salads, crepes, sandwiches, pitas, soups and smoothies. Each morning we are in the kitchen chopping, dicing and slicing the ingredients that go into our delicious entrees. Our menu is designed to satisfy even the most discriminating palate, as we offer both gluten-​free and vegan options seven days a week. Tossed is a restaurant you can count on to provide the best and freshest ingredients in order to feed your healthy, active lifestyle. Meet the Business Owner

Trent S.

Business Owner

Trent grew up in Atlanta, GA. After high school, he attended Furman University, where he three-​time All-​Southern Conference Tight End for the Paladins. Following a very brief stint in the NFL, Trent began his restaurant career with Pappas Restaurants. Four years later, Trent moved to Houston and, along with his business partners, opened Texas’ first Tossed franchise in Houston’s Energy Corridor. You may have seen him promoting Tossed on morning TV shows for both KHOU and KIAH in Houston. They recently celebrated their third anniversary in July of 2010, and they have plans to expand the franchise to other parts of Houston in 2011.
