A leading plastic surgeon in Houston specializing in cosmetic surgery procedures and non-surgical rejuvenation treatments, Dr. Yarish has been practicing for over 16 years.
Used this doctor for my explantation and reimplantation and he was horrible he left my breast with indentations and when I went back to him for followup he just brushed me off. I would never recommend him. I give him negative rating but in order to post this I had to choose st least 1 star

I’ve been a regular patron of Town & Country Medical Spa for 15 years. There is no other spa in town I would trust with my beauty needs. Thank you for the first class care and earning my loyalty.

Dr. Yarish and his entire team took their time with me, made sure my questions were answered fully, made me feel comfortable, gave me details on my surgery, expected outcome, and recovery time. Dr. Yarish has a great bedside manner. He is a true professional. I will recommend him to everyone.

Went to these ladies after my surgery. The place is always clean and neat, the girls are kind, and it is always a good thing that Yarish is a part of it! a little difficult to get an appointment, but will continue to go when needed.

These folks were on Living Social and reneged on the deal. They basically held my money for two months while i was waiting for my appointment and they cancelled less than 48 hours before the appt. I requested they pay the difference from my pre paid service with them and the clinic they were referring to and they refused. I paid with credit card and their solution is to send my money via a check.

I received a coupon for free Latisse consultation and product + a Visia complexion analysis from Dr. Yarish’s Med Spa. Of course I’m not going to pass up saving $ 120 on my favourite beauty product! The assistants working at the front desk, as well as the aesthetician who assisted me, were all friendly and welcoming. The Visia analysis was so cool! It takes a photo of your face and then through a series of eight or so new photos, shows you things such as age spots, wrinkles and redness. I was even able to see a photo of me in seven years! The aesthetician is then able to recommend skin products and spa treatments that will help your skin. They gave me a copy of the photos — I keep them as a reminder to wear sunscreen and take better care of my skin. I did have to sit through a spiel about the set of skincare I should buy from them, why spa quality products are better than drugstore(even though my dermatologist is totally ok with me using Olay SPF30), and which of the spa treatments I should schedule for myself. I have to note that my aesthetician was *not* pushy at all! She made the information available for me and didn’t press when I said«not today». I passed on buying any products, but I will probably go back for a skin peel or something soon. I got my little packet of papers and went on my way, not noticing until later that the paper I received was a prescription for Latisse, rather than a coupon for it. So I called the following week and the person answering the phone was very apologetic. She mailed my free packet of Latisse to me! I love that they have great client service even when I haven’t spent a dime there(yet!). Actually, that’s the main reason I will probably go back and drop some big bucks on getting pretty.
