Amazing staff of thoughtful therapists. Very welcoming and relaxing. Jeff personally had me at ease with all I needed to know about the float tanks and even gave me advice on what to expect and what I could do to get the most enjoyment out of my 90 minute float session.
I have been raving about this for weeks now and I feel so silly, because I have been wanting to try it for Years! Thank you thank you thank you next week I’m going to get a massage after I float. I haven’t slept this good since I started paying bills! LOL

I’m a Licensed massage therapist crying for help with my aching hips and today’s I had an EXTRAORDINARY massage from Rory. She was very professional, very amicable and now I feel three inches higher and more limber!
The place is impeccable! Please try the the flotation pods, you won’t regret it.

First time trying true massage and chose this location based on Unilocal reviews as well as ladies night discount! My first impressions is it looked a bit shady from the outside but Rory was quite good. I did a deep tissue massage and she was able to get deep into some sore spots and even showed me some stretches I should be doing as well to help. My only suggestion is to have thicker drapes. When checking out Jeff was quite involved with the computer so did not even look up besides to take my payment which was a bit strange but based on other reviews, perhaps that is not an often experience.
Tip: they do not accept American express so have other payment methods handy.

This is a great place to float. Jeff (who owns the place) is a great guy. He will really talk to you and he will make sure you get the most out of your experience. I will definitely go again.

I love True Massage! I haven’t floated yet, but this is my go to spot for a quality massage. I try to experience different masseurs for variation in massages and to switch it up. So far I’ve had Rory and Heather a couple of times each and was not disappointed. They made the atmosphere comfortable, were knowledgeable and confident about what they were doing.
They also have great deals, the ladies night is my favorite. $ 45 for an hour!
The rooms are nice and clean and the staff have always been welcoming. The online booking is the best, it literally takes less then a minute to schedule a massage and is very convenient.

I have been floating since the 70’s and I must say, this place is very nice and the pods are amazing! Great light/​sound deprivation. Excellent float experience. Only problem is there is no place to «put yourself together» after showering… no mirrors or any space other than put your clothes back on and go home. So it’s not something you could do and go straight to work. But, still a nice float

Got a deal from their website for $ 37.50 for an hour to float. I bought one for me and my husband, it was both our 1^st time to experience floating or sensory deprivation. I got an appointment the same day that I called. The lady that answered the phone was so friendly. The place is inside a shopping complex, we had no issues with parking. Jeff was the one that greeted us. He was very accommodating and really educated us about what we were about to experience. He explained in great detail what happens to the brain like the theta brain waves and meditation while floating. He also gave us tips on what to do if we were unable to relax.
You shower first and get in the float completely naked but I felt comfortable & safe. I’m not going to tell you what happens while floating because you really have to try it out yourself if you haven’t done so. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I felt so euphoric and energized after. The next day I had to come back to work and my co-​workers were asking what I did last night because I was glowing. I was in a zen-​like state of mind all day and the chaos of my job was actually making me nauseous (I work as a bedside RN). I felt like everyone was so loud & I was quietly craving to return to my float pod. I would definitely come back here and try out the flossage (float & massage after). Thank you to Jeff and his team for popping our float cherry and making it an amazing experience.

I used a Groupon and I am sure glad I went! I recommend everyone to do the tank! The owner is so friendly nice and welcoming! Be sure not to get the salt water up your nose it will burn like hell lol. Just relax enjoy your time in the tank. I really enjoyed my 2^nd session. Very relaxing and a great tool to develop your mind.

Second time ever floating, first time at TMFS. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I brought a friend who has never tried it before because Weird Experiences and he loved it – even more than reflexology. (Which we had elsewhere.)
It might seem strange to get naked and float in a tank but it is AWESOME. Your sense of time sort of dissolves, and you’re able to just be. Plus it feels amazing to float; as a kid I loved floating in the pool quite a lot (still do, I’m a swimmer) but I could never float this effortlessly. If you love water, this is a must try for you. I personally can’t stand small dark places but this is totally fine by me. I would definitely go again and recommend it sincerely. Very relaxing. I want to bring goggles and float on my stomach like an alligator. I think it would be amusing.

I first heard about the float pods through groupon and did some research first before buying. I made my couples appointment for a 60 minute float for myself and my husband with a thirty minute Swedish massage afterwards. Jeff is very easy to talk to and informative. I called two weeks in advance made my appointments on a Friday evening. We arrived freshly showered and no products on, paperwork from site printed and filled out. Jeff got us in a room to go over everything you need to know about floating in a sensory deprivation chamber. Extremely informative in person and explained the theta brain state you are trying to achieve. I was slightly leery of being in something like this for an hour and at first it is a little hard to do. I immediately turned off my interior light when I got in and tried to turn off my brain. Ha! Not easy at all. The music cuts off at ten minutes and after that I think I had the whole float thing down. I adjusted a few times with my arms most comfortable above my head hands up. Doing hot yoga and meditation really helped me with this experience because I knew how to get my brain to somewhat be quiet. The water feels unexplainable. It’s like nothing here you have ever done. Can you float in a pool? The ocean? Sure! However it is NOTHING! And I mean NOTHING LIKE THIS!!! The hour was up before I new it and I really enjoyed the experience. Which it definitely was. I think I could even do a 90 minute float and Jeff said he does 2.5 hour floats. Amazing! After the music came back on I turned my blue light on and it was hard on my eyes. I didn’t feel woozy or nauseous and trust me I am the one who would for things like this. I truly enjoyed it and I am looking forward to my next session.
Ryan was my masseuse and he was great. Very firm, yet soft at the same time. He did not talk which I liked a lot. The tables, table warmers, hot towels were great! Ambiance was lovely and everyone was friendly.
I would give this place 5 stars any day! Go check them out and book Ryan for a massage even if you don’t want to float although I must say it’s something everyone should try and maybe even twice. He has specials early in the week so goooooooo :)

Booked my appointment last minute on a Sunday and were available most of the day with their handy online booking. I did book the appointment with Ryan and I don’t really like receiving massages from men but he was fabulous. I was supposed to have the massage for an hour but went for an hour and a half because of how messed up by back was, definitely coming back. The owner, Jeff, was there to make sure we were happy with the service, the establishment was clean, and feels like home at the front. I also just found out they have a Groupon for their flotation spa, probably going to try that out. They also have a special with ladies night where its at a discount price. A normal swedish massage is $ 60 for an hour or $ 70 for a deep tissue massage. And I believe on ladies night which is Tuesday through Thursday is $ 15 off for a massage.

It baffles me to read Jeff’s fabricated reply to my review about the bad experience I had with his spa. Instead of addressing his explosive behavior, he writes sales pitch under the guise of an apology? A scolding? Interesting way to do business. Of the traditional spas that I frequent, it is understood (or even policy) that a cancellation is not free; therefore, my call to cancel at «Jeff’s place» was simply out of courtesy. Apparently, the business needed the referrals that would come from my appointment; hence his pleas for me to send friends. Patron beware… angry salesman on the loose!

Disappointed in the way customer is supported. No confirmation emails or phone calls to verify appointments then they will charge you. Not end user focused and Jeff said its all about the $$. Wish him luck!

ATTENTION RUNNERS!!! You need to see Heather for a deep tissue massage. She gets all the spots out that you miss with your foam roller. She was attentive and addressed all the areas we spoke about. I will be coming back regularly as I start to train harder. Don’t let the location fool you. I came here because of the positive Unilocal reviews. You will too. And you will tell your friends. Next I’m going to try the float relaxation tub.

Friendly, professional and attentive staff. My first time here and I’m all ready to go back next month. Heather was my masseuse and she dug in and worked out several knots and stress points. I’m feeling nothing but better today.
Don’t let the outside fool you. Inside is clean and relaxing. Give Jeff and his crew a chance, you won’t regret it.

Clean, professional and comfortable! I visited this place after a referral from a friend at work and happens to be around the corner from me. I was so humbled by the relaxing atmosphere; music, candles and beautiful private rooms with perfect lighting. This place is beautiful on the inside. I will definitely go back and would refer anyone.

The staff will cater to all needs from a shower on location to a 2hr neck massage. I also saw a small group of girls come in after me to get massages probable for a wedding day or something. Definitely might do that lol
