Awful customer service, when I arrived but that wasn’t my biggest complaint. The billing is an absolute labyrinth of misinformation and lies. I have now been lied to twice related to my billing and it is becoming just too big of a hassle to keep my stuff there.
When I first checked in my UBOX to the location, I was told that I would be called, or auto billed when my rent was due. This was not the case. Then when I got a mail notice of a late charge, and what rent was due, I called in to settle the issue. The letter stated that the late charge would be waived should I sign up for auto bill (I did), but when looking at my bank statement ONE DAY later, the late charge was there. Now I have to go through the hassle of dealing with them again to get it fixed.
I will be moving my things as soon as my month I’ve just paid is up. Unacceptable way to run a business.

We’re here attempting to return our uhaul truck at this location AS INSTRUCTED, except that the guy running the place says that he won’t take our keys. He says that he’s full except that we just parked our truck in the second to last parking spot. You’re full my ass!
Horrible customer service! We’ll be sure to never use this place EVER again!
