US Global Mail .Inc

I used this service while abroad.
When returning, despite multiple attempts to work with USPS and US Global Mail, I still have yet to receive my mail after 3 months. USPS has not been entirely helpful, but this was Global Mail’s response:
Hi John,
Thank you for your email.
You would need to contact every mail sender you have and give them your new address. That is the only way this can be resolved.

They say, «you get what you pay for», and in the case of US Global Mail, Inc., I feel like I’ve been given premier service and convenience at very affordable rates. The low monthly fee is nice but what really makes US Global Mail Inc. stand out is the prompt alerts whenever I receive mail, quick customer service, incredibly fast shipping, and very friendly website.
Before signing up, I researched other companies and even the US Postal service. The reason I went with US Global Mail Inc. was because I felt they took the business of handling people’s mail seriously.
No, they aren’t the cheapest, and yes, as other reviewers have mentioned, there is a fee for having your mail forwarded to you or scanned and sent via email, but if you factor in the convenience and professionalism of the company, you’ll find that it’s well worth the money you may spend; especially if you receive regular shipments of mail and travel a frequently or live overseas.

I guess I missed it somewhere where they charge you $ 3.50 to scan a letter and then charge you on top of this a price per page (.50).
