This medical facility was extremely busy. Yet my wife was called only 15 minutes later than her scheduled appointment. While my wife was inside, behind the curtain, seeing the doctor I was observing the office operations. The 3 women working the counter were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. That is a combination that is sadly not usually seen in many places. Though the place was full and more patients were steadily arriving the flow from the waiting room to the back room was pretty fast. Everybody was friendly and smiling. I mean EVERYONE so of course my New York side was on alert for the catch. Guess what, there was none. We will have to return soon so I will see how consistent they are. Till then …

Dr. Goodine and Dr. Murphy have been my physicians for nearly 30 years. The practice has grown tremendously in that time and for the better. I can always call and get in with one of the PAs if I need too and in fact I prefer to see the PAs usually. Everyone is very professional and courteous. I appreciate the dedication to patient long-term health and the excellent facilities as well. When you go see a Doctor, do plan to wait. They are dedicated to ensuring quality patient care, and are thorough. The good news is that you receive the same thorough treatment and are not rushed through. Walk-ins available on Saturdays I believe.

Horrible, unaccommodating place that expects patients to adhere to their inflexible schedules. Dr. Chiu is particularity difficult to deal with, she has a rude staff, takes months to see patients, and only sees them at 11:30 and 1:30, so patients that work are forced to use their sick days just to go see her. If by some miracle you do happen to get an appointment you are left waiting for literally hours. I was forgotten about in my room, and stuck my head out of the door when I overheard nurses talking about locking up and going home for they night. «Oh, we forgot about you!» they laughed as though it happened all of the time. I think it’s safe to say that patients are not a priority at this establishment.
