I’ve been going to this salon for 19 years. I’ve travelled and visited salons out of town, state, country as well as others around Houston metro. None are better for several reasons. The owner, Tiffany, speaks English as well as a native. Every employee understands English and can communicate well. They have beautiful, luxurious spa/​pedi chairs. They OFFER (you don’t have to ask) either wine or margaritas (new frozen margarita machine). Tiffany has an unbelievable memory. She knows what color you chose on a previous visit… still don’t know how she does this. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Superb work is done here, tips, powder, shellac, natural, etc. They are the best when it comes to ingrown nails. Lots of stations, lots of spa/​pedi chairs. Open Tues thru Sat, a wonderful place. Love ya Tiffany & gang!!!

This place is the best that I’ve been to in awhile!!! I was looking for a new place to try because the last one I used to go to hasn’t been doing a good job lately and so I was on a quest to try out a new place. I searched Unilocal and found this place and all the reviews are true!!! I came here to do my prom nails and they had a deal going on for students attending prom, $ 5 off everything so that was nice. They really are nice and they make sure everything is the way you want, making sure your not thirsty and just overall good service. The lady who helped me with everything was Jessica and she’s so nice and friendly, the lady that did my pedicure was also super friendly and did an amazing job. I’d recommend to a friend! Also, I thought it was a bit pricey because the last place I went to was cheaper, but I think it’s reasonable because they do a really good job so for the price? it’s worth it.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of service I received the last two times. My last visit was absolutely horrible. First, while getting a pedicure the lady cut my cuticles so much that both of my big toes started bleeding, she put some blue stuff to stop the bleeding and said it would come off after a few washes but you can still see the blue stuff over my pedicure. After getting my shellac medicure she massage my arms but put a cold wet towel on my arm which is suppose to be hot but wasn’t. Three days after getting my shellac nails my nails start chipping and peeling off. It’s ridiculous, I paid $ 50 for my nails and feet and they looks absolutely horrible. I’m never again returning to this place again they don’t care anything about their customers at all. When I told the lady about my last visit that my nails start chipping she try to act dumb and question me if it was her that did my nails, and I’m like yeah you are the only one that do my nails when I come. I really felt rip off and I’m no longer a value customer, I’m going to find me a new nail salon.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a very bad review.
Reason I leave two stars is because the quality of the products. I have never had a circumstance where the gel/​shellac off my nails easily peel off. Literally three days after I get a nice gel manicure, it started chipping and peeling at the tip and by the cuticle.
Eventually after some wear and unbelievable tear, my nails were gradually chipping. My hair got stuck underneath and of course the gel completely lifted. When the gel isn’t sealed properly at the tip down to the cuticle, it doesn’t work out in the best interest.
Pros: they have wonderful margaritas from a ‘slurped’ type of machine. Perfect amount of alcohol. The manager was very friendly and professional, that I do give credit for. The place is clean and welcoming, just be careful when receiving a gel manicure, make sure they seal the gel properly, I noticed she didn’t buff my nails so the gel can stick also… I’ve been getting gel manicures for two years and sad to say this was my worst.

I love this nail salon because they’re reasonably priced, the nail techs are all about quality, and you’re always asked if you’d like beverage when you walk in the door. They’re properly staffed for their clients and it’s rare to wait for service. There’s also a margarita machine on site. They’ll continue to get my business.

Awesome place. Stacy is my nail tech. Love her. She does the cutest designs I always show her from Pinterest. If you are looking for a good place this is it! And they have frozen margaritas so that never hurts!

Coming from out of state and having a relationship with my home nail salon it’s always difficult to trust some other nail place will hit the mark first time out, as i am very very particular. what immense satisfaction to have Tiffany surpass my expectations. A small out of the way salon tucked in the corner of a strip mall. Cozy clean and fabulous service even better was having my nails done to perfection. Service to the hilt – margharitas till ur hearts content – friendly and a steady stream of clientele came in were being greated by name. Awesome experience I highly recommend. walkins welcome but appointments are honored. Ask for Tiffany you will not be disappointed!

I went in for a manicure with shellac. They offered a drink and the manicure was great. Stacey did a wonderful job painting my nails. The reason for the three stars is my shellac started chipping less than a week later.

So I finally found a nail salon in Katy after years of going to bad quality & over priced ones! They have exceptional service, great staff & affordable pricing. You have me hooked! They can do any style & design so thats a definite plus. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it seems that I have to keep coming back every 5 to 6 days to do refills because it rips off very easily. It’s either the quality of the glue or the way they apply it that’s causing me to have to keep coming back so that’s the only negative on my end. Other salons do my acrylic & they last without refills an entire month. But overall I highly recommend this place!

Stacy did my shellac manicure for $ 25. She did a great job helping me find a color that I liked, but I don’t believe there was a great assortment of shades. She took off a lot of my cuticles but then started picking at the tips of my thumbs and it hurt. It feels weird typing right now. The massage was awesome and thorough. If Venetian Nails updated their appearance and added some type of ventilation system, i would definitely have given 4 stars.

Omg the best job I’ve ever had! I went with Cyndi, gave me a French manicure full set with designs for $ 44. Also got a pedicure, they range from $ 25,$ 35,$ 45. They have so many colors, powders and all talented women. You have to make an appointment or you’ll wait for a long time.

Tiffani never disappoints! She always makes my nails look so beautiful. And the girls do the best pedicures in town. Great massage with hot stones, sugar scrub, mask and hot wax! Love them!

All the manicurists are friendly and efficient. They’re usually busy on most days but it’s certainly worth the wait! I’ll be back soon.

After my rant last week about nail shops in Katy, I decided to try another one I think I finally found my place!!! I was impressed from the time I walked through the door till the time I walked out! Stacy looked at my nails and thought I had a tip and needed a refill. When I told her that it was shellac she was shocked… My point exactly! It took her almost every bit of 30 minutes to soak, file, and scrape that crap off my nails!!! The shellac polish she put on my nails looks totally different and very much so natural as they are The service was awesome and the tip showed my appreciation!!! Great service and top of the line product in my book!!! I will be back! 10 STARS

Best nail salon that I have been to in Houston! the technicians are friendly and super talented. I have been back twice and will definitely be a returning customer. The prices for nails are on average also a lot cheaper than places i’ve been to before! I definitely recommend :)

This is the best place for pedicures! They do an amazing job, they’re gentle and are sensitive to your requests. They stay pretty busy so call ahead!

This is not the usual nail salon that I go to, but I stepped out after getting my eyebrows treaded and saw this place. My nails needed some attention and the salon that I frequent was booked. So, I walked in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and to my surprise, I was taken right away!
Cindy was my nail Tech and she did a fabulous job. She listened to me and did not complain once. She did not try to upcharge, and she delivered a 110% I will definitely return to her.
I took off a star because the have a $ 1 fee for using your credit card. They request that you use cash, check, or debit. In today’s age, I just feel like that’s a bit out dated. A Credit card machine is part of your business and whatever fees you are charged for that should be on the business owner, it should not be thrown on the customer… But that’s just me. She didn’t charge me the fee since it was my first time, but I still feel that it should not be the case.

First time going to this nail salon and I a really great experience. The ladies have awesome customer service and the prices are reasonable not to mention my nails looks beautiful… Definitely my new spot!

I was VERY pleased with my visit to Venetian. I called to see if they were busy before I went in. A friendly woman answered the phone and told me they weren’t busy but to come ASAP. I told her I would leave right away, seeing that I don’t live too far I knew I’d make it in about 10 mins or less.
When I arrived they already had a pedi chair waiting for me with water and the nail technicians. So needless to say I was seen immediately. I had one technician working on my toes and another on my hands. I have to say both were meticulous! They both did such a thorough job and my nails look great. I was indecisive about my color but they helped me decide and were very patient. I also enjoyed the fact that they didn’t talk to each other much while working. Sometimes that can get very distracting and disruptive to the relaxation.
The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they need to remodel. The chairs, walls, floors, equipment in general is a little outdated. The massage tool on my chair seemed like it wasn’t working correctly and the remote for it had no buttons just wires. If they improved the look of things it would be so much better. Besides that I loved the place. Prices are great and staff is very detailed and thorough. Highly recommend!

Stacy does an amazing job with full set. I couldn’t be happier to find a nail salon that cares about what you want! She was patient and had an eye for detail. Will definitely be coming back!
