This is a terrible apartment community in a terrible part of town. They rent duplex style apartments. What they do not tell you is that there is no insulation on the second floor. There are only two floors.
Our electric bill was never below $ 340 during the summer. Our AC was set at 78 degrees. Our apartment was never below 85 degrees. There is absolutely no insulation in the ceilings of this place.
This complex is not worth the rent nor the consideration.
Also, I was greeted by large cockroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I have four scars due to them.
DO NOT RENT HERE.
