Amazing work… This company saved our bacon by getting a video transfered from a video casset. They went above and beyond by delivering our video in a digital format the same day.

Have used this service to save family vhs to DVDs. We have been very pleased with the results. They were timely and 30 year old teases came out as good as I could have hoped. I will be taking more in to have them transferred.

On November 8,2014, my wife and I dropped off our home movies for Eric to put on Blue Ray and DVD disks. We had ordered them by date and time and asked for them to be copied in the order which we had taken the time to set them up. Eric informed us it would be no problem and that the Blue Rays would be the best way to go as it would use fewer disks, so we agreed to use his services. Worst mistake of our lives, it took him a week to get the disks copied and when we came back to pick them up he had copied the movies in a willy nilly fashion and left out a vast majority of the content. He also copied them to DVD instead of the Blue Rays he had talked us into. His excuse was that he only copied the first two hours of content and that that was all a DVD could hold, which is true; but all he had to do was continue the content on another DVD/​Blue Ray. He would not take the time to do so. He lied and screwed up the orders of our data so badly that it took my wife over 12 hours to straighten out his mess, while crying the whole time. It was devastating to her and she was afraid the data had been deleted by Mr. Lundstrom, luckily it wasn’t. When confronted with the discrepancies, he made no move to correct what it was he had screwed up, just gave us a refund and told us he did not wish to continue. We lost a week and a half and three trips to his store.
If you do not want your memories corrupted… DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ERIC LUNDSTROM OR VTC MEDIA. (he may be starting up under other names so beware of electronic copy companies and ask if Eric Lundstrom is affiliated with the business, if so AVOID him.
