West Oaks Urgent Care

I only see my regular Doctor for physicals. Anything else I go to West Oaks Urgent Care. Rarely do you have to wait and you are seen by an ER Doctor. The staff is amazing and all the Doctors are patient. They never rush you the visit. They have lab and X-​ray on site. My entire family goes there instead of waiting around my regular Doctors office. I was sick on Sunday with a sore throat. They did the strep test came back negative instead of sending me on my way they treated me! Thank God they did I got a shot of antibiotics and I was actually better in a few hours! They listen to you and don’t dismiss you because of a test. I’ve gone to other places only to have to return sicker a few days later! Thanks West Oaks for prompt treatment by a real ER doctor!!!

I was incredulously sick upon coming to this office. I am a person who really really hates going to the ER and I probably should have. The wait was incredibly short even though I just walked in. I’m not sure if it was because I looked like I was dying or what but it was maybe 10 minutes at the most. They quickly took me back to the checkup room in the back and immediately gave me some medication to stabilize my condition so I didn’t have to wait for the doctor in misery. He came in quickly. He seemed a little shaken up by my condition, but I explained I’m not one who likes to go to the ER. He very quickly judged how sick I was and rushed out to have one of the nurses to give me some fluids. They got my IV settled up right quick. I felt much better and it was quiet and easy to relax. The doctor was very nice, as well as all of the staff. The doctor was the guy in the picture. I’m usually kinda scared to go to the doctor because they’re usually really mean to me, but this guy was cool af. Super happy with my experience. Hopefully I won’t have to go back, but if I had to I’d choose them.

Quick, staff explain what and why they are doing what they are doing. Professional. No complaints. Straight forward. Would refer others and come again.

When you call on Saturday and they say there are open to 9pm and the website says that too, you believe they are open until 9pm. When you arrive at 8:25 and the doors and locked and the lights are off, then you believe otherwise. Disappointing.
If you are only only going to be open until 8pm on Saturday, that’s fine, just update the website and inform your employees so people don’t drive 20 miles to find that the place is closed.

I was having severe asthma and needed to see a doctor immediately. I decided to trust the Google reviews and came by to this clinic, and may I add, I’m so glad I did. I signed in and filled out some small paperwork and was called into one of the rooms almost immediately. The nurses are very sweet and considerate and they make sure that you are comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Emran in under 10 minutes! He was very calm, sweet, understanding and polite. He took the time to listen to what was wrong and went over my diagnosis and treatment and made sure I fully understood. This clinic is amazing. Trust me when I say that the wait time is VERY little and Dr. Emran is dedicated to making sure that he takes care of you. Office is also clean and well kept, and I will definitely be coming back here!

Dr. McAwesome! Came in for a physical, left with satisfaction. Efficient, sanitary, and safe, that’s all you need in Healthcare. Dr. Emran and the nursing staff were kind and professional. I would come here again, hopefully not soon ;)

Came here few times over past few years, usually on weekend or nights when I can’t wait or make appointment at my family doctor. Service here is very fast but you may not see the same doctor each time. But service quality is 4 to 5 stars the few times I came here.

If you are deciding which urgent care center to visit, go here. My experience here was excellent — minimal wait time, excellent doctor, polite staff, clean environment, accepted my insurance.
My father cut his finger badly and needed stitches. I brought him to West Oaks Urgent Care clinic and Dr. Emran treated him with superb care. He explained his treatment, treated my father, and stitched his hand all while making jokes and making my father laugh while doing them. His staff was polite and efficient. We waited less than ten minutes before seeing the doctor. All this was on Saturday night at 9pm, which was the end of a busy, long shift, I really appreciate Dr. Emran’s care of my father.
All in all, a stellar place to go for life’s minor emergencies — cuts, sprains, broken bones, etc. if you are in need or urgent care and are looking for the right place, then look no further.

I got some sort of insect bite on my forehead, which swelled up and got infected. Went to this clinic and the «doctor,» instead of examining the wounds, gave me about a 7 — 10 minute lecture on shingles! What the heck. I didn’t come in there to learn about shingles, I had a problem with an insect bite! The one blessing is that it’s not crowded (I wonder why? — could it be what I experienced?) so you get seen quicker. And they will give you a prescription when you have an infection of some kind. But the doctors aren’t the highest quality.
