History

Established in 2013.

After more than 10 years’ experience working for some of the top law firms in the world on high-​stakes, sophisticated civil and commercial cases and more than a year at the a public defender’s office, Will Denham started the firm in 2013. The firm now focuses on complex civil disputes (business/​IP/​injury) and serious criminal cases.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

After serving as a student clerk at the Texas Supreme Court (for then-​Justice Greg Abbott), I graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.

I began my career with Baker Botts, LLP, where I worked on highly complex, multi-​billion dollar cases – and earned awards for my outstanding pro bono efforts.

Since then, I’ve been published about federal procedural issues, spoken to several private and public groups concerning civil and commercial disputes, and earned the HBA’s Distinguished Faculty Award.

For the past 10 years, I’ve represented both plaintiffs and defendants, at trial and appeal, in state and federal courts, in front of judges and juries. I now focus primarily on civil and commercial disputes.

As a small business owner and the son of small business owners, I’m especially passionate about providing quality services that are timely, helpful, and cost-​efficient. I am passionate about helping every client, no matter who they are or what their issue.
