Extremely disappointed! Hired them for my 40^th birthday bash… first the attendee arrives late. Then she takes about 1 hr to set up. Then her printer is not working and is on the phone with the owner for who knows how long… id check back every 20 min about 5 or 6 times. At the end printer never worked…

Excellent! Impressive service at our company’s party. They brought everything and set up was very fast! Kept everyone very entertained! Highly recommend! Loved all the props they had, who doesn’t like being captain America?!

Do not hire these people. They are horrible. I paid my deposit for a Photobooth for my daughters sweet 16. I called and called asking for information on how it’s done. They hardly ever answer the phone. They assured me that it was going to be a great event. But they never showed up. That was the main thing my daughters asked for. I was humiliated for my children. They told their friends it would be there. I called all night of the party. The next day and the day after. The suck. They are so unprofessional.

I used your gig rentals for a photobooth service at my wedding. 2 of the three employees who were there helped themselves to my open bar and drained it of the most expensive liquor. Who does that? That alcohol was for my friends and family, not so you could be stumbling around drunk at the most important day of my life thus far. To top off the inappropriate behavior one of the employees asked if he could have a bottle of champagne at the end of the night. I found this to be completely unacceptable. When I ignored the question apparently he helped himself to two bottles. Luckily my maid of honor caught them walking off with the bottles at the end of the night. In sum, please book a quality company that won’t take advantage of you. I’m still not sure if the people present were employees or just friends of employees. Either way they spent a majority of the time eating our food, drinking our alcohol and making out at my venue. Completely inappropriate. The only negative thing anyone said about my wedding had to do with the photobooth. Congratulations. If I could give them zero stars I would. (They also deleted this post off of their facebook page. Very professional)
