Iv been coming to this Dunkin Donuts since they opened. I rarely do because the service is dreadful, they don’t speak English so there is a bad communication issue and the order is wrong most of the time. They are always crowded and the people that work there are Soooo Slow! Several years ago I was sitting there with a friend and our children and some guy tried to take my little purse I had on the table. After taking it he dropped it on accident. People pulled me off him from beating his A**. I felt crazy Violated but I was more angry it was in front of my toddler child. The police came and the owners were quite useless. Today the girl pouring the coffee and touching food did not have her hair covered matter of fact it was loose! Disgusting! AND no one was wearing gloves. The order was wrong and they clearly did not care. They need to brush up on their Hygiene and English. This place is a total train wreck!

Quick and delightful make exactly what you want in and out in 5 minutes if there is no line. Although can still hold their own when busy. Oddly placed counter so when lined up people heading into a corner but overall decent experience and a typical dunkin donuts experience.

Did not have any problems with this Dunkin Donuts at all. I can see the lines are strangely formed, it it is really small store. Prices are more expensive than some other Dunkin. One donut by itself is $ 1.19 plus tax. I guess 20 cent more than most, The medium hot coffee was $ 1.99 plus tax, decent size cup but I suggest get the large one and don’t come early Sunday morning to avoid crowds.

Just a heads up this location is not actually a Baskin-Robbins. They have a freezer that they sell pints and I believe quarts of the ice cream but you cannot order scoops, sundaes or milkshakes like at other DD& Baskin-Robbins locations. I live in the area so when they first opened I was super excited to have a dunkin donuts within walking distance. I would grab a coffee with a few of my friends but after awhile we opted to go to the Dunkin Donuts on crossbay blvd. Every time we got our drinks at this location they tasted watered down or were made wrong and the staff at the time were rude so we stopped going there. I recently started frequenting this location since I take my niece to her dance class which is in the same complex as Dunkin Donuts twice a week. I thought it would be nice to sit with a magazine, enjoying a coffee and a donut while waiting for her class to get out. Boy I was wrong. I would have given this place one star but I’ve had good experiences with the current staff. They are friendly and polite. I’ve never had a drink made wrong(however they still taste watered down) under the current staff. The staff alone has earned them the second star. But now let’s get into why i’m rating them so poorly. Aside from the staff, going to this location is like getting a vaccine as a kid… a pain in the ass. It’s always overcrowded. It’s in a shopping center which is right across the street from a school and they usually only have one person working register and one person making drinks and food. Sometimes I’ll see a third person during the morning rush but since it’s always so crowded early morning, I usually walk down to the little deli on the other side of the shopping center to grab a coffee. At any given time you can walk into this place and expect to be waiting on a pretty long line just to place your order. Since I live minutes away I’ve stopped in different times, I’ve experienced a long line in the morning, afternoon, and night. But there are plenty of times you can be in and out without much of a wait, which is just like any business. In the afternoon a group of several older ladies take up most of the seating area(which there isn’t much of. 3 bar stools by the window and a handful of tables and chairs). The older ladies who frequent are loud, rude and just unpleasant. These women sit there for hours and do nothing but gossip and talk about the people who walk in to order drinks. If you say anything to the staff they tell you they can’t do anything about it. Sure you can, limit the seating time. But it’s not the staff fault and I haven’t contacted management about it yet since I no longer frequent but instead just go in for a coffee once in awhile or to grab a dozen donuts. On the subject of donuts, their donut selection is very poor, they don’t have much of a variety and several times the donuts I’ve ordered have been stale. The stale donuts were ordered later in the day, you could tell they had been sitting out for awhile since it looks like they don’t have much of a turnaround on donuts. I said earlier in my review that the drinks are still watered down. It’s usually for the iced coffee, iced latte and sometimes the hot chocolate. With the iced drinks it seems like they aren’t making the coffee strong enough to compensate for the ice. However the hot coffee has always been on par. There is a bit of a wait for your order, they can be slow especially if there are only two people working and they are busy. But the staff is always very polite and apologetic about it, so it doesn’t bother me to much but it might bother someone else. But between the overcrowding, nasty older ladies, the wait time and the often stale donuts, I’ve started walking the less than 5 minutes back to my house when I take my niece to dance class and preparing myself a cup of coffee at home with my Keurig.

Would rate this place no stars if I could. Terrible customer service, nasty workers, and they always somehow get my orders wrong.

I’ve only had good experiences at this location. It is fairly new to the area with only about a year of being open. The staff is quick and friendly. The orders come out fast and things are done right. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I came in here to get a bagel w/cream cheese & hot chocolate. My husband ordered the same thing but got a container of OJ instead. At first everything seemed ok. It wasn’t til after we sat down that we got hit w/the crappiness that comes from this Dunkin Donuts. First of all, they forgot to give me my hot chocolate. The guy who made it left it by the hot chocolate machine uncovered! He completely forgot to give it to me. I was very forgiving and i’m not rating this DD on that fact. I’m giving it 1 star(and I wish I could give it ZERO stars) b/c the service was just horrendous! There was one guy in particular(and I wish I could remember his name so I could mention it) who was just so disgusting. Had I not been in mourning the day this happened, I would’ve gotten really nasty. The day we went, it was raining. I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t eat my entire bagel and decided to save half of it for later on. So very nicely I asked this gentleman to please give me a plastic bag so that my bagel wouldn’t get messed up and soggy in the rain(since I was on foot and walking to the bus stop). They had given me a paper bag but I wanted a plastic bag. I was very nice and polite. However, this one guy was sooooo rude! I wish I could’ve punched him. He had the nerve to throw(yes, throw) a plastic bag at me and it landed in front of a customer who was paying for his meal. Now what kind of crap is that? Who does that? People with no manners! I swear, had I not been feeling blue, I would’ve gotten nasty. My husband wanted to slam my cup filled w/hot chocolate on the floor so they would have to pick it up. But I decided to be the bigger person and just walk away. I also didn’t want to waste my hot chocolate. It was a pretty cold day and we were gonna be walking to the bus stop and waiting in the cold, so I wanted to have something to keep me warm. Looking back though, I wish I would’ve gotten loud at that guy, thrown the bag right back at him and allowed my bf to dump the hot chocolate on the floor. I will not be stepping foot in that DD again! And i’ve told my family and some neighbors not to go there either. If any of you guys want to go to a DD in Howard Beach, just drive out to Crossbay blvd and 163rd ave or the newly opened DD on Crossbay and Conduit(opened in 2015). I’ve never had a problem there. Next time if I really want DD that bad, i’ll just drive. No way am I going to step foot inside that place. The attitude of that guy just killed it for me. Oh btw… we ordered 10 munchkins for $ 2. Usually, the DD on Crossbay(and any other DD i’ve been to) always give me a couple of extra munchkins. These guys gave us exactly 10. Whatever… they can keep all their munchkins, bagels, hot chocolates and paper and plastic bags b/c I won’t be going there ever again!
