It’s not a five star restaurant. It doesn’t have to be. It’s an old school pizza joint that simply makes the best pie in NYC(which means the best in the world). If you have a stop-over at JFK — run for it! It’s worth the worries over whether you’ll miss the flight.

Best pizza around for sure! Classic sauce and original cheesey taste, can’t be beaten! The price is excellent as well. Family favorite for sure!

One of the best slices in Queens, seating area is always packed, love getting there right when a fresh pie comes out! Perfect sauce, not overtly sweet, good amount of cheese, great crust that holds up well. 4.5 stars!

Best pizza in Howard Beach! My family and I try to spread the wealth around Howard Beach ordering from many different pizzerias, but we always go back to New Park when we want good pizza. It’s a bit expensive for a plain round pie($ 17.50) but I don’t mind paying for something I always enjoy.

Fresh, delicious Pizza! Very easy to get to. This place is well known– so seats can sometimes be hard to find, but if that’s the case take it home! It’s thin crust, it’s just a perfect slice!

Classic NY style brick oven Pizza. My family has been going here for years. It’s a cute little pizza shop, the workers make the pizza fresh in front of you. They use fresh ingredients and cook each slice with perfection. Their veggie slice is my favorite. They have their own parking lot and keep in mind its cash only. Love this place and will continue going here for many years to come!

Fantastic New York pizza in Queens. They get the pie out to you so fast. I don’t know how they do it. So foldable!

Bottom line, their pizza is awesome! It is class ny style pizza by the slice! The pizza is fresh, the ingredients are top notch and the quality is great. There is ample seating, however in the summer they had a walk up window outside with picnic tables so you can have a slice outside. I would highly recommend. This place is a classic.

OK I have been going here for as long as I can remember. My parents went on dates here when they were kids. When I lived in Howard Beach in the late 80’s this was one of the best reasons to live there. It WAS the greatest pizza in NYC. We stopped here the other day on the way home after Thanksgiving and it was awful! 4 slices two cokes for $ 14.75 and it sucked out loud. The dough was mushy, crappy fake cheese just the worst. This place must have changed ownership. Or they got cheap!

Ordered: 2 regular slices Pros– The dough was soft and the slices had the perfect amount of char. The cheese was also fresh and delicious. The pizza really deserved a 4.5 rating. Cons– I wish the tomato sauce was just a tad sweeter-that would’ve bumped up the rating to a 5.

Solid pizza. Not the best slice I’ve ever had in my life, but definitely one of the top 5 or 6. It’s an inconvenience to get there from the city but if you’re near JFK definitely worth stopping by. Thin crust, not too oily, and not too cheesy. I haven’t had anything else but their regular pie slides but those I can vouch for.

This is easily the most coveted and infamous pizza by the slice in South Queens, a long standing staple in the community of Howard Beach that has been around as long as I can remember. Ever since I can drive its hard for me to pass by without stopping to get a slice, even though the price has only gone up and the slices seem to get smaller the quality that they use to make the pizza has never been compromised. Depending on how I feel I’ll either get the pepperoni or the regular slice. This is a rare pizzeria that doesn’t make anything else besides Pizza! Being that its right by JFK, if you’re traveling you should stop by either heading to the airport or on your way out for a quick and good quality Queens pizza.

Very mediocre to NY standards. The cheese was good quality but overall very dry. The square slice was actually better than the regular slice. We only came to this one after seeing so much reviews on Unilocal.Quality is almost like the $ 1 slices in the city.

If you are near JFK or Howard beach or near the area, you must stop by this place. I believe this is one of the best slices or a pie you will get in Queens. Also, from past experience I feel that this establishment is way better than many other local shops in Manhattan and Brooklyn alike. It is $ 2.75 for a regular slice or a square. Never had any complaints with this place. No regrets except for the calories My heart always tells me «No» but my palate tells me otherwise. You will not be disappointed!

This is seriously some of the best pizza you’ll have. Did someone say NY pizza? Well then look no further! Usually a line, no credit cards, no appetizers, just good ol NYC pizza.

Just had lunch here and I have to say, this is the best slice of pizza to come across my taste buds thus far. No frills, no toppings, just straight up plain pizza. Perfect thin crust, excellent cheese and the flawless sauce recipe make this slice superior to competitors. This place has been around forever, and I can see why. They’ve kept their classic roots which is nice to see when so many other pizza joints are offering other options that aren’t truly Italian just to diversify. This place is NY pizza done right!

My bestie and I picked this place to stop before heading to JFK. We drove to this one all the way from North Carolina. That being said, I am so happy that I picked this place. We were able to park in the little lot it has and remember to bring cash! I’m glad I remembered. We ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and drinks. It was quintessential, yummy, amazing, and New York pizza. I will be back here whenever we come through NY. If our flight hadn’t of been in 2 hours, I would have ordered more to go…

Queens is definitely holding it down in the pizza department. I heard that this place is one of the oldest pizza joints in New York City. The service-was some-what friendly. The décor-interesting-like outdoors but indoors… kinda vintage! The pizza– good flavor, good crusty crust, nice tasting sauce… however, if they dropped a bit more sauce and cheese on each slice… this place would really be dope. **Note: Great spot to go for a 2nd and 3rd date! So, check it… I ordered a cheese and pepperoni slice, which the pepperoni slice tasted a little better and the slices could of been larger but the flavor of the sauce was so good!-Nice Work!!!
