This must be my favorite Starbucks location I’ve visited so far throughout New York City. First the location itself is designed very nice. It looks like a beach house, mind you its right next to the water. It has a parking lot along with outdoor seating and and upstairs patio, my favorite part. Second, the inside makes you feel like your inside a house, with a corner that contains couches and a fireplace, along with tables that have built-in wireless chargers. Overall it’s more than a typical Starbucks location, not to mention the friendly staff and quality coffee.

The white barista with the blonde hair, and beard working at 7 pm on 5÷14÷16 messed up my drink twice. I bought one strawberry acai trenta, but I was given a tall. So then I bought another trenta strawberry acai and he places the habiscus tea in the drink.

NOSTARS they don’t deserve any, idk what happened after the remodel but it’s terrible service now. I just left there and someone should tell them to wipe down their disgusting bar because that gross bar water splashed right into my drink when the skippy unorganized barista added caramel into my drink. They are chaotic and got two of my orders wrong the gross water in my drink happened to the NEW drink the barista made me so you can imagine my impatience and disgust. Of course there were about 15 people waiting impatiently for their drinks so my request for a new one– because the drink made for me was still wrong and had gross bar water in it – would have taken an hour – that I don’t have today. I hate having an awful Starbucks experience because 9 times out of 10 I arrive tired and irritable needing a coffee. Thank you shitty Starbucks. Clean your disgusting bar and get organized, and offer better customer service. Your baristas are confused and the areas are disgusting and kept in conditions that can easily spread bacteria. DOBETTER!

Tall, Grande or Venti… What else can you say about STARBUCK’s…you know the routine! This is a pretty big Starbuck’s…a lot of seating areas, especially by the fireplace to enjoy that free wifi. If it’s nice enough outside you can enjoy your Frappucino/Machiatto outside on the terrace upstairs where there is searing available. The service is good, nothing over the top But how hard is it to take an order for a cup of coffee?! Parking is available but don’t forget, this is Queens. Parking can be taken how real quick. Anyway, enjoy your whipped cream & rock on with your mocha/Frap/Machiatto

Love this location. Batista are super friendly, always smiling and saying hello. They remodeled the store a few months ago and have seemed to have worked out the kinks. During busy times they will run a little slow but that’s just because they are so popular lines are long. Seating is great. Inside they have a nice fireplace setting along with a lot of other seating. Outside is also very nice with the water from Jamaica bay. Upstairs is my favorite place although sometimes a little noisy. If I’m lucky enough to get the large round window overlooking the water I can sit there for hours.

I’m not crazy about Starbucks, but I do really like this location. They have a big fireplace for winter and PLENTY of seating, especially outdoors in summer. There are park benches nearby or you can take a stroll through the surrounding neighborhood. Or walk up to the roof seating for some sun. I can generally find a parking spot and place to camp out while I work.

I just visited this Starbucks because, apparently, the devil is on my side today. Holy burning blazes in hell… The cashier was incompetent — he kept ringing in our order and then going to help the barista make drinks, ringing in our order and then going to help the barista make drinks, repeat three more times until the transaction was over. Walked over and waited for our drinks… the barista at this time, RICH, put on quite the shock factor. He kept SHOUTING to ROSIE(customer, coworker?) about how she wanted her drink. Highly annoying and unpleasant. The bar was disgusting — water everywhere, sugars, syrups, milks, etc. If this were a real coffee shop that had REAL baristas working, the dirty bar and rude behavior would probably have cost RICH his job. His hands were WET and filthy the entire time… he even threw the whipped cream in the air, it did a 360, and the debris from the cap landed half on the counter and half on MYCOAT. After asking several times about our drinks(one was just sitting on the bar with no cap, waiting to be served for about 5 minutes), we finally got them and ran out of that place. I threw my drink in the trash — I have never done that in my existence, but the bar and the person working it was just downright DIRTY. I don’t normally put people on blast for bad service, but I feel compelled to keep Rich out of the service industry. He’s gonna piss off the wrong person one day. I have never left a place and felt this way in my life. I feel like I’ve been violated — now I gotta go lock myself in my room and pray for humanity. Thanks, Rich! Make sure you pat your parents on the back!

This Starbucks needs new baristas on premises… Like ASAP ! I hate when it when I order my extra hot cappuccino; and it comes out warm!!! I then tell them to make another one ANDSTILL… ITSWARM! Smh! Ugh! Can’t stand when that happens! They are definitely slacking! So disappointed with this location! It’s sad cause the view from outside is so welcoming and location is nice. Love the view from second floor BUTCOMEON!!! Get it together! I expect my coffee to be on point! Especially when I’m spending 5 dollars for one! The one on ditmars Blvd I. Not really a coffee drinker but yesterday I decided to try a Carmel Frappuccino. I took a couple of sips when I noticed a long red hair in my drink, immediately took it back to the barista who told me to get back in line for a refund. Supervisor at the register then asked if I wanted a refund I replied yes my drink had a hair, her reply was«I don’t care about the reason, which drink am I refunding». Her total disregard of the hair in my drink is a direct reflection of her own personal hygiene and that of the Starbucks of which she supervises.

Four stars for service One star for speed. Unfortunately it is not their fault. This place gets really packed with all the passing beach goers. The drinks are made well and the staff is always very enthusiastic and friendly.

It’s a Starbucks, really what more should be described. It’s clean, staff is friendly, has a parking lot which is usually full, in a great location. I went there to get some studying done, just got a drink, and looked for a spot to sit. There were hardly any seats available and a huge bummer was that the plugs inside of the store wasn’t working. I had to go outside in order to charge my phone, which I can’t complain much about because it was a beautiful day and a relaxing breeze kept on coming. There is a channel that is next to the store and they have benches where you can chill and look at the water. Very nice spot.

I love Starbucks! No way around that but this location is one of my faves as far as service and location is concerned. As with most business in the HB area parking is a mess, this location as a parking area but unless you are in during the wee hours of the morning it is usually packed. So I stick mostly with the side metered parking which also can be quite the zoo. Anywho, the location is beautiful, plenty of seating outside and inside. There is a nice upstairs quite area and doors upstairs that also lead to a water view of the bay. Truly, beautiful. The service is also really good, the ladies who work there when I go are actually happy and polite! Overall? Its Starbucks! And a good one at that :)

I dropped here before heading to Bay Area to drive my don to his soccer game. This is very busy location, especially sunny weekend with the people going out for the Bay Area. But all the staffs are very nice and quick to take order and prepare drinks. Also very friendly. Spacious and bright seating area. I like this location.

Yup I’m officially done with this Starbucks. The CEO needs to send someone in here to clean this mess of a store up pronto. If it’s not one thing it’s another. If it’s not the outrageously long line due to inefficiency, then it’s them screwing up drinks or them having an attitude. I’ve never in my life been to a worse Starbucks and that includes in Africa and the Middle East. Inefficiency and messing up drinks is one thing, but rude service I will not put up with. The straw that broke the camel’s back was tonight when I ordered 2 lattes. I’ve been ordering lattes since I was in high school so I know what they’re supposed to feel like. Literally half of each cup I got was foam. My dad lifted his cup and was shocked. There was no line for once so I took it back and asked if I could have more steamed milk because what I had was a cappuccino not a latte. I didn’t ask for the drink to be made over, just more steamed milk added. The cashier told the barista and the barista responds to the cashier: «Well I made a latte, she(meaning me) probably don’t know her lattes.» She said this loud enough for me to hear. No bitch you don’t know your lattes(along with standard English apparently) when you try to give me a cup full of foam. Then she goes: «Whatever if this slows me down I’m gonna be pissed.» Um slow you down how? There’s no one on the line. Not one person. Now I could have gotten ghetto like her and responded but what would that accomplish? I will be contacting corporate because like I said I don’t tolerate rudeness. I was polite the entire time and I tipped like always. So her rude attitude was unwarranted and unnecessary.

Whenever me and colleagues are forced to stay at work way longer than we desire, someone ends up driving here. Only about a 8 – 10 min drive from East New York, this is the closest to my job. I don’t drive, however, so that’s that. Unfortunately although this Sbux is such a nice location with views of some body of water, it is often a MESS. Milk bar… MESS. Line.MESS. Parking… MESS. You get my drift. Also last time I was there there were NO teas. Bleh.
