24 HR live bait (minnows and worms), fishing tackle, camping supplies and general outdoor equipment. We now carry firearms, ammunition and specialize in hunting, shooting and reloading supplies. We have a wide selection of products and brands in stock. We also do special orders for just about anything outdoor related.

We have a «Buy 10 Get 1 Free» program for all of our live bait and offer discounts for recycled bait containers when they are returned. We offer gift cards for purchase in any denomination.

On the firearm side, we offer full FFL services, including gun transfers. We take trade-​ins and have a lay-​away program for firearms only. We have a selection of rifles, shotguns and handguns in the store and also work with you on any special requests that we may not already have in stock.

Business Owner

Tom is one of the owners of Riglin’s Outdoors. He was raised in Centre County and lived in Howard for over 20 years. He loves hunting, fishing and just about anything about the outdoors. He is the shop’s expert on guns and ammo.
