I found a pub table and chair set online to gift to my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, and was set to pick it up at a store in time for the holiday. Then suddenly learned they were out of stock. It’s now just a couple weeks away from the holiday. So I found the same set on Homeclick and a customer rep named Spencer Freedman confirmed he could have it arrive on time for Valentines Day. A week later, I’d received no shipping confirmation so I emailed Spencer. He came back with the bad news that it turned out they were out of stock; and the next one available would not arrive until AFTER V-​Day. I was distraught — it was all part of a romantic plan. I told him this, and asked if there was ANYTHING he could do? So he confessed he actually felt really bad and had contacted several other retailers to find it for me – but to no avail. I was impressed, but still had no pub table. Then, a few days later, only 3 days before V-​Day, Spencer contacts me and says he negotiated sending to me the pub table set that was earmarked for another customer, for whom the shipment was not as time sensitive. He arranged rush shipping, which by my math must have cut away all profit for Homeclick — but he believed it was the right thing to do. And I can tell you, when that box arrived the morning of V-​Day at my door, it was Spencer Freedman who won me as a very grateful customer and devotee of Homeclick. THAT is a platinum example of caring customer service, of which I am not worthy, because I am leaving this review four months after it happened.

The best part was the customer service rep Amelia. She was great but the department she needed to deal with regarding my situation was NOT! I ordered a beautiful looking table to go with a corner nook made by the same company. It was part of the same collection. It came with no instructions at all. She helped me through getting it put together… but then once it was put together it was so obvious it didn’t match the Nook from the same collection! I wrote and asked them to tell me how to return it, the boxes for it were put out on my patio as my place is small, and were thrown away by the yard crew, so I needed them to send me boxes to return the table in. I knew I would have to take it apart and pay the return shipping. The company refused to allow it to be returned because I didn’t have the original boxes. THAT IS A CROCK OF CRAP. They sold me an item that was suppose to match a specific collection of furniture and it didn’t even come close! Now I am stuck with a $ 400 table I have no use for and all they offered me was a $ 50 compensation for my trouble. Watch out folks when dealing with this company and for heaven’s sake don’t let anyone throw away the huge boxes, even if they are huge and filthy and you don’t want them in your home, this company doesn’t give a darn about you once they have your money!

Hi Amelia,
Thank you for your help but I don’t think my wife will ever purchase another item from your company as we have been extremely disappointed with the customer service. Since November, my wife and I have purchased in excess of $ 10,000 in Homeclick items and to this day we have been given nothing but the run-​around.
I’ve called multiple times to get updated shipping timelines, reached out to a business to business account representative (only to have that message returned 3 weeks later) and the last unhelpful customer service was the email trail below. Additionally, the site does not provide a history of customer orders, making it extremely difficult to coordinate with our contractors which items have been received and which items we’re still waiting for.
Not only was our kitchen sink an integral item to our home remodel but is was ordered in November 2015 and based on your response, unable to be delivered until July 2016? How do you expect to build customer loyalty when you don’t even tell your customers to expect a 9 month lead time. We were able to find the item within a day of your 120 day notice, at a cheaper price from Pacific Sales. In ONE DAY, we were able to accomplish something your company couldn’t do in 5 months!
Once we realized how terrible the homeclick shopping experience was we immediately switched to other vendors including Amazon, who offer the exact same items at equally competitive prices, and have not looked back since.
While your company might have a very large selection, buyer beware because unless you have a non-​urgent project this is not a site that can be trusted to get the job done.

Great price for the table and chair I ordered. I had a few issues, but Keisha from customer service was a rock star and didnt stop until they were all taken care of. Details are below:
Furniture arrived on time
When opened we found that 2 chairs were missing. No problem, Keisha had them sent over.
When we put the table together we found that there were 2 scratches on it. No problem again, Keisha sent someone over to fix it (cant even tell) and credited my account the amount it cost to fix.
LIke I said, a few issues, but these were overlooked due to the great price and customer service.

Shipping is a nightmare. I ordered two products. One came fedex and was okay. The other was sent in roadrunner and after a week of waiting with tracking saying it was in my city I finally went myself to pick up item. It had been transferred to a second freight company and so far over been waiting 30 minutes on the dock but no one is bringing my item. This is only a 30 pound mirror that should have been sent FedEx. I will never order again

I ordered a toilet through Homeclick online. I was worried about ordering such a fragile item online, but their price was great and they offered free shipping so I decided to take a chance. When the toilet arrived it appeared to be packaged incredibly well. I did a quick initial inspection and everything looked like it had arrived in great condition. It wasn’t until I went to install the toilet months later (I purchased everything for our project in advance so everything was on hand before we started) that we pulled the toilet bowl fully out of the box and saw that a huge chunk was broken off. I immediately contacted customer service on the long shot that they would help me claim damages on my order. Much to my surprise they were very understanding of my situation and shipped me a replacement bowl just days later. I couldn’t be happier with my Homeclick experience. Now FedEx Home Delivery on the other hand… I was home when the replacement bowl arrived and I can understand now how the first one arrived damaged. Even though it was clearly marked Fragile, FedEx tossed the package around like it was full of peanuts.

Ordered a hard to find griddle for a Swiss Grill Zurich 650D. It was kind of funny they sourced it from a super 5 miles down the road from me and had them send it FedEx. The griddle is cast iron, very heavy and pretty big. I am happy because it was the best price I could find and they gave me free shipping. 5 stars for sure.

I ordered a floor lamp from Homeclick. It came really fast via FedEX. It’s very pretty in the bedroom. No complaints. I would buy from them again!

Though I hadn’t had the opportunity to utilize the services of this website /​business in the past, I was doing some Internet searching for a particular type of medicine cabinet and stumbled upon Homeclicks. All was working well — easy to navigate, excellent pricing, ease of transaction execution. .. but the litmus test of any business (or in sports or in life) is what you do when the play doesn’t go as you planned.
The cabinet arrived in the most INCREDIBLY wrapped box I have ever seen. I thought that the toilet (or sink) that I also ended up ordering had come in. .. but this medicine cabinet came in what was a 4′ x 3′ x 3′ box and was entombed in soft but stable material. The best wrapped item EVER. Sadly, one thing that the wrap couldn’t protect against was a 3″ scratch on the door mirror that obviously happened before packing. My customer service representative, Jamie, however was there to show the best face of the company and highlighted her own unique brand of client development. She went back and forth with me for the better part of a day on possible solutions, work arounds, etc. She had me send a picture to get a better feel for what we were talking about. She left no stone unturned.
In the end, she arrived at the genius solution of my keeping the cabinet, her Merchandise Disposition department created a part order for the replacement door, I can get on with the construction, then just put on the new door 3 — 4 weeks from now once it arrives. That I didn’t have to hold up construction for month to await the new door is priceless !!
Thanks to hardworking, dedicated, creative communicators like Jamie being the face of the Homeclicks team to me, I’ll definitely be using Homeclicks for all my home shopping needs going forward.

I had a bad experience with
. I placed order for two vanity sets with homeclick instead of wayfair (giving up the possible points), only because one of the vanity was better priced. The first vanity arrived within a week, no problem. The second vanity however, was 4 days past its delivery date. When I called them they provided me with a tracking no. and told me I can call the trucking company directly and find out delivery date. The female rep told me something happened to the truck and that my order will be delayed by 4 days. I’m in middle of moving and remodeling a home so I don’t have much time, and this vanity should not be taking this long (I confirmed with rep before placing the order over the phone) but fine, I try to be patient.
I call the trucking company and find out that the trucking company is in my city. The vanity is shipped from a warehouse that is less than 30 miles from my home. It was shipped out last week, it should not take 7 days for me to receive it when the trucking company is in MY city. Then I realize my order is being shipped to FLORIDA. WTH? How is this possible? Whoever put in my order shipped it to the WRONG PERSON AND WRONG ADDRESS all the way in Florida when the item I ordered and wanted was sitting at the trucking company, in MY city. How ridiculous is this?
So I call
back, the same female rep tells me they accidentally gave me the wrong tracking number (wrong email in my inbox with wrong order number) and now the vanity I wanted is backordered until September. I specifically spoke to the male rep named Derek (?) and made sure it was in stock before placing an order over the phone. Now I don’t have a vanity that I’ve been waiting for nearly 2 weeks, my contractors need a vanity to do my bathroom and I’m back to the drawing board. Ridiculous.
I asked what they can offer me for this HUGE inconvenience and costly error, they say $ 100 in store credit gift card. Well, I want my money back and I doubt I’ll be using their website soon. This is the worst, most ridiculous experience ever.
**UPDATE**
I originally gave them one-​star but am now adding two more because the rep who commented below was able to help me fix the problem to a certain degree. The vanity I ordered originally was not in stock so the rep helped me to find a comparable one at a similar price point. They gave me a $ 100 gift card toward this purchase and also a discount because the second vanity was more expensive than the one I originally wanted.
Shipping was slower than promised but they did put in efforts to fix the problem for me. For that, I’m giving them extra stars. All in all, it all worked out okay in the end but the vanity still gave me tons of headache and stress. For other future clients considering using their website, I recommend calling the rep directly and getting names and dates down for accountability. It wasn’t a flawless transaction but service was okay at the end.

What a waste of time and money. Homeclick said the product shipped two weeks ago, but it never was shipped. Now disputing the charge with American Express. This company is a fraud.

I’m surprised by the unevenness of the reviews. My experience with Homeclick, and in particular Steve Arnold in sales, has been nothing short of excellent. We renovated our son’s apartment and most recently purchased a teak outdoor cushion storage box that arrived, as promised, in a few days at a price that was unmatchable online and with free shipping to boot.
I suspect that the process of shipping products directly from the manufacturer can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We must have been fortunate to have chosen the right products.

First time buying from this website. ordered a bathroom mirror, Waited a month. The mirror hasn’t ship yet. call them every week for follow up. customer service keep telling lies the item will be ship within 2 days. Follow request the cancel the order. They told me couldn’t cancel until they get the call back from manufacture. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I placed an order for an accent rug 5″ x 8″ on 4÷22÷2015.
i received a shipment dispatched email stating it was sent out 4÷23÷2015 with a FedEx tracking number.
This is 5÷4÷2015 and nothing received. No shipment updates on FedEx tracking,
I’ve contacted customer service and there has been no response whatsoever.
I’m sad and I regret this. I will NEVER purchase from this store again and I will never recommend that anyone do.

Let me start by saying that I was just calling their customer service to clarify some questions I had regarding clearances for objects placed near the fireplace (Empire Comfort Systems DLCX36SP93).
The guy responded each question and I got all the information needed; however, when he asked me if I wanted to place an order, I kindly declined since we had already purchased it. Right before hanging up, the guy muttered «deuche» just enough so I could hear it and right before the line got caught off.
I sat there for a second trying to process what had actually happened; I was just surprised at the audacity and had to post this review somewhere. Anyway, don’t be alarmed if customer service calls you names right before hanging up on you; they seem to be pros at that.

We purchased a very cool coffee table on ¹²⁄₂₀ for $ 242.50 and got a confirmation that the manufacturer would ship it out on or by ¹²⁄₂₃. Well that worked for us b/​c we were having people over for New Years and needed the coffee table. We thought it would totally get there in time… nope.
Early January came and went and I sent their Customer Service 2 emails with no response. My husband called them today… (¹⁄₁₄) even though the good was bought and paid for on ¹²⁄₂₀ (25 DAYS AGO!!!) customer service said she would have to contact the manufacturer.
I received an email today saying that the table was shipping today that it had been on backorder– though I never received any email indicating this– and I replied asking for faster shipment since we’d purchased it so long ago and she HONESTLY replied that «if we expedite the delivery, there’s a good chance it could arrive damaged, so we don’t like to expedite orders.” — So BEWARE if you do.
At this point I just want the coffee table I bought almost a month ago and please do me a favor and not damage it!

Stay Away from this company. My experience: purchased a $ 103 faucet the week of Nov. 27^th, 2014. Shortly after finding a similar one, I cancelled the order. (Warning they are not open on Saturdays)…so I sent an email.
On Nov. 29^th, I received an email refund request notification that I would get a Paypal reimbursement shortly afterwards. No refund was credited to my Paypal acct. that week.
I placed a call to customer service late in the week of Dec 1^st. They told me it would take a while to get the refund — 1−3 business days. Well, no refund ever came — it is now Dec. 20^th, nearly a month after the fact … and so I filed a formal complaint with Google Product Protection to get refund.
That is my experience. Never will I do business with this deplorable company again.

Very Fast! Ordered a Headboard for company on Monday ¹⁰⁄₂₀ and received by Thursdays ¹⁰⁄₂₃. The headboard was perfect and looked just like it did in the picture. It was securely wrapped and packaged from the manufacturer so it was received with no damage. The piece really gave the guest room a more homey and completed look. I am very happy with my purchase would recommend Homeclick to friends and family as well as order from their site again!

I seriously wish I had come across these reviews BEFORE giving them my money. I was directed to Homeclick via Amazon to purchase an office chair. The process to give them my money went seamlessly. When I had placed my order there was no indication that there would be a delay in delivery, then I receive an e-​mail a week or two later telling me that the order I had placed in early September had been delayed and to expect deliver in the middle of NOVEMBER! I promptly cancelled my order and was told they would request the order cancellation and forward that to their «Cancellation Department» (which I am sure is not an actual thing and just something used to give the appearance of working with a legitimate, professional business).
No refund after over a week, replies to my follow-​up e-​mails have gone unanswered… I paid through PayPal, so I’ve had to ‘File a Dispute’ in order to get my money back, which takes forever as the Seller is given over a week to respond to the dispute, which of course they have not…
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Not normally one to write reviews, but given the negative reviews here I wanted to throw in my experience.
We had been looking for a table for our entryway and I stumbled across one I fell in love with. Homeclick had second cheapest price (3^rd cheapest was almost $ 80 higher). Did my research and some of the reviews had me worried, most concern was on delivery times and since we weren’t in a rush, we decided to try. Just to be a bit cautious we used amazon checkout so we had their protection as well as checked for google protection since they are a google trusted site. Given those two things helped me feel a bit more confident to take the risk on $ 120 tables when the next cheapest price was $ 197.
I understand Homeclick just dropships, so when we order they then order from someone else who ships to you. So while I’m hoping they’re accountable for who they work with, how things ship isn’t handled by them.
We placed our order sun ⁶⁄₂₂ and they did take payment right away. Which is a bit unorthodox for ecommerce, you usually don’t pay until it ships but again they need the money to pay the dropshipper to get your items shipped — so I understood that process. I let the order go and based on my order confirmation saying it was expected to ship around ⁷⁄₄ I went back to daily life. Surprisingly on ⁶⁄₂₆ I got an email saying my item shipped on ⁶⁄₂₅ and on the morning of ⁶⁄₂₇ the item showed up at my door. So less than a week from order to delivery.
The box was extremely well packaged which we were thankful for since it was a table containing two glass shelves. Overall the table was in great condition, assembled well, and looks great.
No issues with Homeclick whatsoever and wouldn’t hesitate to give them another try!
