Never again! The people are nice enough but they have gotten the order wrong twice in a month. Just this morning I got 3 sandwiches, breakfast potatoes and a plain bagel with butter. I even asked if they had the buttered bagel in the bag and the woman, I presume to be the owner, said «yes, it is in the bottom «. So I traveled 10 minutes home, found out that they never put the bagel in, drove 10 minutes back to get it and then 10 minutes back home to my waiting cold sandwich and home fries.
I could almost understand if it was a teen worker but she is the owner for Petes sake! Both times!!!
The food isn’t that good where I would ever give it another try. They’ll be out of business in a few months anyway.

OMG … I LOVE THIS PLACE the food is amazing and their desserts omg to die for. The family here makes everything with love and they are just great to chat and get to know. I always look forward to getting my breakfast on my way to work.
P. S. Their chocolate muffin and apple tart omg they are just to dieeeeeeeee.

Worst bagel place ever, it’s 11am and they are out of half their bagels. They had nothing I wanted. They are open until 3pm, what are they going to sell if they have no bagels? The bagels aren’t good either.

I would give 0 Stars if I could. Extremely slow service. Bagels were not very good. They were large but flavorless. Has cinnamon raisin and everything. Basic it was a plain bagel with a few raisins on top and had no cinnamon flavor. Everything was bland and mostly just poppy seeds.
Way overpriced and very dissapointing. Try someplace else

Love the bagels!!! Always get fresh tasty ones and I go in at all different times of day. Great place and fast pleasant service. My kids love it also. Great to run in on Saturday mornings before all our sports start. Best bagels around!!!

The bagels are the best in Western Monmouth County. But, that’s not all. Antoinette’s creative and homemade cream cheese spreads are creamy and smooth, making them a great bagel topper. The baked goods at Not Just Bagels rival any bakery in ther area. There is always something new, but my personal favorites are the huge, fruit filled danish and the brownies. I have had lunch there a few times and found the sandwiches to be large, inexpensive and delicious. It’s a small place, but there is ample room to sit and enjoy the food while chatting with the owners and servers. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great family atmosphere I also come in with my son, and he always leaves with something that they have him either a fresh baked cookie or a mini bagel.
There belly buster breakfast sandwich is more like a breakfast/​lunch meal. Highly recommend

Amazing pastries and bagels! I love the macaroons, especially the ones with the bottom dipped in chocolate. Staff is always friendly and will make whatever you want. I have ordered things not on their menu many times and they are always happy to help.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! I was harassed by the owner for partially refilling my coffee before leaving the store. Mind you, there were no signs indicating otherwise. Additionally, as I was paying $ 1.51 for my partial refill, the manager complained that I charged my phone at my table while eating my bagel without asking permission. If you’re looking for an unprofessional environment and disgruntled management with your breakfast, this place is for you!

I love their bagels! They are always fresh and delicious. I especially like the blueberry, chocolate chip and French toast bagels! The staff is always friendly and the service is outstanding. They know their customers by name! I recommend Not Just Bagels to my friends and family!

I needed bagels for my classroom for breakfast and each student was able to order what they wanted. With hungry teenagers, the bagel orders were all huge and everyone loved what they got. There are many different choices of bagels as well as many menu items. I have been to many bagel shops over the years and this one is one of the best.
