I «live education» — earning the CCFA, e-​Pro, GREEN, SRES, and SFR designations and certifications — and was the host of Income Property Investment Talk, a weekly online radio program that helped investors, owners and tenants own, operate and transfer their assets more effectively. I am also the co-​creator and instructor of an industry designation for Agent University at Forelo​sure​.com– the Certified Commercial Foreclosure Agent. I am married to Barbara and father of two incredible daughters — Ashley and Kelli.
