Me and my wife live in Bolton and opposed to getting our pockets gouged by the country cupboard we usually drive up to bacons.
Aside from the friendly service the selection is great the carry a wide wide selection of wines and liquors as well as an awesome selection of beers: small batch stuff, growlers, hard ciders a plenty. You name it they generally have it!

I used Bacon’s to provide a beer and wine service for a party. If I could give this place (and Charlie in particular) 6 stars, I would.
Bacon’s made the complicated process of serving alcohol at a private event (eg: permits, volume estimates, selecting drinks that everyone will like) so easy for me. Charlie was my go-​to person for my event and he was phenomenal. He handled everything and anticipated my needs and even handled things that I didn’t even know needed handling. He served at my function and was pleasant, professional and helpful, everything you want in a bartender.
They carry a great selection at the store but if you don’t see what you are looking for, just ask and if they can make it happen, they will! Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anything from picking up a six pack to providing a bar service for a huge event.

I was in from out-​of-​town and needed to stop at a liquor store near my hotel I came in and show them my New York State ID and they look at it with confusion. The cashier then started asking about anything else that said if I lived in New York and asked if I would go to my car to get my registration it was freezing outside I decided to walk to my car go to the liquor store across the street

Also, they are big supporters of community events in Hudson.

Awesome local liquor store. Great selection of wine and beer over a wide range of prices. Some hard-​to-​find liquors. Great 2 for $ 16, 2 for $ 20 bottles of wine deals. Clean, well-​stocked, knowledgeable and friendly staff — it’s both great and dangerous that this place is so close to me!

Really impressive selection of gluten-​free beer (3 different brands in the fridge section) and organic wines (at least 2 of which were vegan). Love how everything is laid out in the store so it’s easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Really nice guys working there too. I’ll be back for sure.

Bacon’s is a large, clean, well-​stocked liquor store, in a great location, with a friendly staff and reasonable prices. They have a large variety of micro-​brews, local brewery offerings (Wachusett, Harpoon, Sam, etc.), in addition to large stocks of many different varieties of wines, and the liquors and cigars you would expect of any liquor store.
They also have four deposit machines, and are connected to Brad’s Deli – a deli worth a visit in its own right.
