An amazing stay from start to finish.
It is hard to say enough about our experience at Changing Times; it far exceeded all our expectations.
Like others have mentioned, the hosts are incredible. Beyond being sweet people, you can tell they have hospitality running through them. Everything they do is to make your stay better; from welcoming you as you drive in to the delicious breakfast to the genuine hug goodbye.
The accommodations were wonderful. We stayed in the D’artagnan room and loved it. The bedroom was plenty spacious and allowed in a lot of light. We loved having breakfast on our patio in the morning and enjoying a beer there at sunset. The little touches made it special; Loretta kept our fridge stocked with water and soda and we always had Keurig coffee for a pick-​me-​up.
Finally, the location was ideal. We were able to enjoy Hudson with its antique stores and music festival, as well as hit Rhinebeck and Red Hook with a quick drive. And being right off the Taconic made the drive painless as possible. Oh, there’s a great antique store on-​site which gave us the best finds of the trip!
We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return in the fall. We’ll be recommending it to all our friends!

What a great experience! Jim and Loretta were the ultimate hosts!
My boyfriend and I decided to stay at Changing Times B&B because a family member had recommended it and also my boyfriend had never stayed at a B&B before. Boy were we both blown away by the experience! First of all, Jim and Loretta the owners are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and make you feel right at home the minute you arrive. The B&B is beautifully kept with all kinds of delicious goodies to nibble on along with beverages available. They made a fabulous breakfast with pretty much anything you could want, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, home fries, etc. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! Also, we traveled with our 2 English bulldogs and they had the perfect room to accommodate us. It’s separate from the main house so you get a little more privacy and it’s easy to take the dogs out where they can run around in the large open yard. So to sum it up, we had a great time, my boyfriend loved it and we definitely plan on going back! Thanks Jim and Loretta!!!
