D’s Auto Body

This place was horrible… they tell you exactly what you want to hear, even if it’s a lie. They charged me a $ 100 state fee but didn’t tell me what it was for. Then, as I’m signing the paperwork I notice a paper on their wall that breaks down the fee, and part of the fee included the fee for an inspection sticker. So I mention it to them and they said «ummm…yeah I guess I could have someone look at it». If I didn’t mention it, they would have just taken the money and not inspected my car. They told me there was nothing wrong with the car I was purchasing (typical used car salesmans). When It came to pass inspection, it barely passed and they said I will need new breaks and a new exhaust VERY soon.
Also, I had to repeatedly ask them to clean the car before I picked it up. It was so dirty with stains and animal hair on the inside, they weren’t even going to do anything about it. My specific car needed a key for the trunk and they said they’d have to order it for me… that was over a month ago! I have been in touch with them multiple times and they said it was on order and hasnt come it. So I called where they «ordered» it from and they said they don’t have an order in the system from them. So I called D’s auto and come to find out they never ordered it because he «forgot»!!! They are LIARS and they are the stereotypical cheap, used car salemans… congrats on losing a customer. I don’t suggest buying any cars from these guys, they might «forget» to give you good customer service.
