History

Established in 2011.

At Gabi’s Smoke Shack we strive to give you a little bit of Texas in every bite of our low-​n-​slow cooked BBQ using the best ingredients. We have a 25 ft mobile kitchen with an Olé Hickory Pit smoker for that real wood pit flavor.

We can cook on site and our experienced staff can accommodate parties of any size, with all of the bells and whistles you would expect of a down home Texas BBQ.

With a background in food service and a passion for BBQ, Gabi’s Smoke Shack was born in 2011. I have worked in many areas of food service from fine dinning to fast food. I get the most pleasure from someone tasting my Texas style BBQ for the first time, that appreciative nod, they then know what true BBQ should taste like.
