The first time turned into my last quicker than i could even pick up my car. So it all started just over a month ago. I drop my car off so they can install a new transmission into my honda civic. I call them once every few days just to make sure everything is going smoothly. So i dropped it off on a monday they say thursday it would be done. So i gave them a call Thursday and it should be done that day but then it turns to the next day then i call them the next day and i have to wait 3 more day but they invite me to stop by Saturday for there dyno and tune day i would have if i already had my car back. It was a little bit of a slap in the face inviting me when you guys still had my car. Then monday came finally and my girlfiend went to pick up my car because i was working. They charged her 1200 dollars after we agreed on 900 when we dropped it off. Apparently its different when its turbo even though i know there would only be one intercooler pipe in the way so only two hose clamps more. So for those of you that dont know its illegal to over charge somone by 300 dollars if you dont even tell them until they go to pick it up. Then they proceed to tell my girlfriend that the transmission is cracked and is still leaking even though they tried to jb weld it without me knowing until it didnt stop leaking. So then I contacted the seller of the transmission and hework with me to pay half of the first installment of 1200 and sent a new transmission out as soon as possible. While all thats going on the owner alex would work with me since they messed up so badly the first time and i thought we came to an agreement of him cover the 300 we over payed the first time. then we got the new transmission it took them another 3 or 4 days to put it in. Then once again when we went to pick it up they charged me 800 and 300 of that being what they were gunna give me back. Then its got a traction control light on my check engine light on a broke interior pannel and a piece of my steering column in my passenger seat and missing clips my starter isnt bolted into the trans but worst of all me clutch wasnt even readjusted when i got it so it was barly even driveable. So at this point im done not letting them touch my car ever again. But i still wanted my 300 dollars back so get him on the phone and he fimally says he will wright a 300 dollar check and come pick it up while i was there he storms off almost hitting my girlfriends car then comes back with a check for 201 dollars and say im not loosing out on a allignment. Good cause im glad its over i wouldnt bring my car there ever again and will never recommend them to anyone. The best part is he banned me and my car as if i was gunna go back. The thing about gsd butits only because people see nice cars go there when after my visit i cant come up with a single good thing. Other than the advice to others to stay far away. Im 19 and they thought they could take advantage on me and they did. So if youre thinking about going there do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I spun a bearing rod on my car, granite state dyno has helped me through the process of ordering a new engine, alone with other mods I wanted e. i bigger turbo, intercooler, injectors etc. They have been nothing but professional. I will continue to use them for all my car needs.

Gave an appointment three days out but no one shows up to even talk to waiting customer. Waited for 20 mins and was attended to only when i was driving out of the parking lot.
It was a small work for now but thanks, i will be taking my larger business elsewhere.
