I would never go back to this place. I had a younger girl giving me a manicure while texting on her cell phone. My cuticles were badly cut and bleeding. The nail polish ended up looking clumpy and uneven. I barely got an apology from the girl who did my nails. When I told the store manager they said they were sorry with no offer to even discount or refund me for the obvious terrible job done.

Paulina was the nice lady who did my toes. She was very nice and professional l. Super courteous of making sure things weren’t too hot or cold. I would say it was just an overall great service experience. I would recommend to all friends everywhere!!! :-)
Came back again. I guess Paulina is the only good one here. They did my nails quickly, but were constantly answering the phone and laughing and joking with each other. The lady on my left didn’t seem to happy with her nails.

I just started coming here this year since I moved to Hudson. I would highly recommend seeing Mary. She consistently does a great job and is always very friendly. The girls keep the salon clean and are welcoming.

I really thought I nails had potential. I really gave them a good solid try over the past few years but all in all they just don’t cut it. Only one girl working here does a decent job. The rest will slap on a gel manicure pretty sloppy. My final visit and now my last I had a gel manicure from the owner. She usually does good work when you get her. However this time she was rushing to accommodate her growing wait list in the lobby. She was trimming my cuticles and severely chopped my cuticle. Oh it hurt so bad! It was bleeding badly she didn’t appologize or anything. She starts drowning my poor finger in disinfectant which burned. Needless to say my finger looked like it had been chewed on by an animal and my manicure didn’t look very nice. I really at this point was expecting a discount no apology or anything! I will not be returning. I was one of the first customers too when they first opened. Save your money go try Royal nails. They are not wonderful but the quality of the manicure is much better in my opinion.

I’ve been trying to find a good nail spot in Hudson since moving here a couple of years ago and this is the best in the area. The people are great, gel manicure lasts forever and lots of service level options for a pedi. Only reason I’m giving them a 4 vs. a 5 is that they tend to keep you waiting. I haven’t had it happen often to me, but I’ve seen people arrive, be told it will be 5 minutes, then 20 minutes later they’re just getting to them.

Today was the second time I had ever been to this nail salon. It was absolutely amazing to walk back in and have the three women who I came in contact with last time greet me by name and get me taken care of right away. It is a very clean, relaxing, and enjoyable time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The people who work there are so outgoing, carry on a conversation, and make you feel welcomed while you’re there. Angie and Wendy are both absolutely amazing women who do great work!

Absolutely horrible experience. I have gone to iNails a few times and each time I was able to put up with the bad service because it was cheap. Today I went for a gel manicure and when I walked in I was told it would be 5 – 10 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked again and they told me 3 more minutes. 10 minutes passed after that and then I am led to a chair where I continue to sit for another 10 minutes before I am helped. Then once she starts doing my nails, she makes 3 phone calls. I will not be going back.

We seem to have a problem with nail salons in my humble town of Hudson. I have yet to go to one where I don’t feel slightly «ripped-​off». Let’s face it the price is the same everywhere you go so why in the world would you not want to get the best service possible for the price. I do feel like this place is 3 – 5 dollars more and then they want the tip via cash or personal check which is a pain in the ass if you ask me.
I have been here twice and have had two different people. I will not go back and decided this in the first two minutes I was there last time as I was escorted to a chair the minute I stepped in and the water was already sitting on the table and it was stone cold! I got no hand/​arm massage and no leg massage really. Mary did my mani-​pedi and I left there feeling like it was a wham-​bam-​thank you ma’am type of job. I guess I will have to venture over to Stillwater next time I need my nails done.

Had a pedicure for myself and my daughter had her toes painted. The nail technicians, Mary and Dawn were most lovely and professional and the prices very reasonable. The salon was spotless and inviting. My daughter and I left with very cute toes! We will be back!

Best pedicure ever.
I’ve been going to a nearby nail salon for years, but had been avoiding getting a pedicure because lately I’d had painful pedicures & strongly questioned the cleanliness of the other place.
I decided to try iNails. What a welcome change! Beautiful, spotlessly clean space. Friendly staff. I got a great pedicure that was painless and very relaxing from Mary. I will definitely be back!
