Impulse Ink Tattoo and Piercing started their first studio in Clearwater Florida in 2013. In June of 2015, Impulse Ink Tattoo and Piercing relocated to beautiful Hudson Wisconsin.

Meet the Business Owner

Jessie H.

Business Owner

Jessie is originally from a family of artists in China. Her father is a well known local painter in China, and her uncle paints Buddha’s in temples.

However, Jessie wanted to express her art in a different way, so in 2007 she took an apprenticeship under Ah-​Ming, a very well known Tattoo Artist in Shenzhen China. Jessie continued tattooing in Shenzhen while she prepared to move to the US with her husband.

Naturally, Jessie’s specialty is Asian style tattoos along with lettering/​Kanji and custom, personal designs that are young and fun such as flowers, stars and birds. Of course, she will be happy to do something a little more masculine like skulls, dragons or koi fish if you want!

Although tattooing is her passion, Jessie always puts family first, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in both China and the US. Jessie also enjoys traveling to tattoo conventions around the world such as London, China, Norway and Canada.
