History

Established in 1988.

I started in real estate sales to learn the market and begin to invest in real estate. As time went on, I did start to invest in real estate in many ways, such as recreational land, rentals, lake property and land developments.

I also learned that I truly enjoy helping people and being able to help them buy and sell their homes proved to be very rewarding. Having done this since 1988, I’ve helped thousands of clients and customers over the years and I get as much of a thrill out of it today as I did in the beginning.

Born and raised in Durand, WI, Jim has lived in Hudson since 1985 with his wife of 33 years, Barb and three daughters; Sarah, Danielle & Jayme.

Jim grew up working on farms and developed a strong work ethic at an early age, which he’s carried with him into his real estate career and it’s enabled him to set himself apart and become an industry leader.

Although that work ethic is a foundation to Jim’s success, he also prides himself in «working smart» and utilizes the latest techniques and technologies to provide the best customer experience possible.
