Totally outstanding service. I was visiting from out of town when I started having trouble with my hearing aid. They were able to give me an appointment immediately. Brian figured out what the problem was. He will resolve the problem and Fedex my hearing aid to my home over 100 miles away. Brian handled everything in a thorough and very professional way.
