I was greeted right away when I entered. Service was done quickly and, after a few weeks, I am still very satisfied, so the long term benefit is good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Munro dealership highly.

Got the dreaded call from my daughter about car trouble while trying to get dinner of course. I went to help, called AAA who were excellent. Got the car dropped off at Monroe and called them to let them know and if they could do a quick oil change (she added way too much). When we got there they help push the car into the bay and went to work. They even stayed late and saw her muffler had a serious problem at the joining flange and worked on that for a while.
Everything turned out great and they went above and beyond. I really appreciate it.

I take back my review. These guys are morons. They failed my car because they thought I had an aftermarket header. It was the factory exhaust, you could see the primary cat right in the enginebay they never looked. They suspected I had an altered exhaust because of the louder factory catback exhaust. This is a TRD (Toyota) part. Its D.O.T compliant. Otherwise the dealer can’t sell it. It does not remove any catalytic converters hence why its called a catback exhaust.
They failed me for unlawful ride height. They never even measured it? My car has a factory sport suspension. Yes it is lower, not lower than lawfully allowed otherwise it couldn’t be sold in NH. Again, morons with «ASE» patches are the most expensive.
They even had me pay for the failed inspection.
I drove my car to Toyota of Nashua, they gave me a soda, donuts and passed my car without any problem.

After getting only half my tires installed plus mounted with opposite sides facing out, I later noticed that one of the two metal valve caps with a built in valve tightening end had not been replaced — in other words there was no cap at all on the valve when I left. I went back to get it and and Mike the «manager» actually asked me why I would want something useful like that instead of a plain plastic useless oem screw on cap that does not even really seal the valve or let you tighten it. He actually asked «why would you want to do that?» Anyone who drives knows that the first thing to check when a tire is losing air is the valve & these caps allow you to tighten the valves & are always available, so instead of just admitting that on top of forgetting to reinstall it they lost it he tried to make the illogical case that more useful caps are useless. Would you want this guy working on your vehicle? I’m now nonMonro’d — it’s not rocket science, just tires & they’re careless & non cooperative. Save yourself some grief & take a pass on Monro…
Things must be tough for a business to effectively steal a valve cap

I only went here because they had a promotion running for a tire rotation, oil change, and free wiper blades for $ 20. That said, nothing about the place is really THAT great. I asked them to give me a call when it was ready to be picked up, didn’t hear anything, then showed up an hour later to find out the car had been done for 20 minutes. There were no other cars in the shop, it was just a bad customer experience.
I gave it two stars because the deal was good, and my car wasn’t all greasy when I picked it up.

Straightforward, high quality service. These guys have always taken care of me and my car (even when I don’t). Won’t stray again!

If no stars was an option there would be NONE: Mark the manager is very rude and incredibly mean. I called because one of the employees messed up my last oil change and promised me a free one. I called ahead of time to confirm and they said «Yes come in and give us the last name (the name i provided) and you will be all set. So i send my husband in and the manager mark denies we had a free oil change. So i call and he claims my husband was «demanding» a free oil change and that they had nothing on record and that my husband and i were rude.
So now we are rude for walking in and politely asking for an oil change? Even other customers that were waiting were shocked at how rude the manager was to my husband. We wont be back which is fine there are lots of places to change your oil but the fact that this man has no clue how to manage employees and offer a system to track refunds and then is MAD at me over it is disgusting and poor business.

Everything about this place is terrible. Customer service over the phone, in person, the work and the coupons. Of course the coupon says 19.99 for oil change but 2.50 for oil discard and 2.50 for shop fee and they don’t check tire pressure or fill fluids. After I thought they did and me not putting any in it began a problem. As a result my tire pressure warning sign happened to go afterwards and my windshield wiper fluid froze due to them not checking after the coupon said it would. Could not drive as windshield completely got dirty on highway. Very unhappy all around.

I have been taking my cars to various repair shops over past 25 years.
This is the first place that treated me right and I mean it.
Mark (Manager) and Ian you guys are the best.
I was doing my own struts replacement. I used their service to replace springs from old strut to new strut.
Ian advised me how to remove lower control arm when I was stuck.
After I did all my own work there was a metal click noise from passenger side.
I took my car to Monro and they put it on lift, tightened the bolts.
Test drove twice with me to identify source of noise, free of charge.
Thank you guys this is what a good customer service is and you have got my business now.
These guys know how to take care of customers.

I just wanted to acknowledge the Manager, Mark, and his team for going the extra mile in his service to me recently. I asked him to replace my 200 Chevy Trailblazer sparkplugs, which he did. However, after they were replaced the plugs, one of my coils failed, he replaced the one coil, tested the car and found a second coil failed. He then replaced all 6 coils for me at no charge. At $ 160 per coil to replace, I was overwhelmed by his willingness to correct the problem, even if the reason for the coil failures might not been his work on the car.

Making an appointment means nothing to them. Which would be understandable if when you showed up and asked how long it would take If they gave you an honest answer. Never apologized for the hour delay even once. All of their special pricing signs are lies. I went in with a coupon special for oil change and tire rotation for 19.99. The guy didn’t do do the tire rotation, I had to say I know you didn’t I watched you and he still tried to charged me $ 22 when a oil change only is only $ 15 according to the signs. Will never go back the guy was an asshole and I saw him take 3 soda breaks while doing my oil change.

I have used this Monro location since I moved to Hudson three years ago. My experience has always been great but thanks to the recent management change its even better. I recently needed new tires and an alignment but since the suspension had never been serviced on my car I expected more work would be needed. Chris managed to track down all the parts and committed that the work could be done in one day for a price I felt was equal or better than the competition’s. Jay even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready (earlier than I expected I might add). I will continue to give this Monro location my business. There location is also great as it is right in the Walmart parking lot.

I’ve just started trusting my car to Monro Muffler Brake and Service staff. I’ve had my Mini Cooper serviced there twice now, once for a big ticket item, and couldn’t ask for better service. Let’s just say they’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty helping me out each time. I won’t give specifics because then their customers might expect that service all the time. Just know that they do pay attention to customer service.
I especially liked the attention Eric and Chris gave to my car’s needs. Plus, they’re open on the weekends so it helps with my scheduling.
